We are seeking experienced and motivated Call Center Agents to join a remote customer service team. Agents will handle inbound and outbound calls related to appliance repair services. The key responsibility is to ensure that all relevant customer calls are converted into scheduled service appointments with their technicians. This role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Collect full customer details (name, phone, address, appliance type, issue).
- Clearly explain the service process and secure appointment bookings.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, and rescheduling.
- Overcome objections and ensure customers feel confident in booking service.
- Accurately enter call details into the CRM (ServiceFusion or similar).
- Maintain strong individual and team conversion rates.
- Ensure system readiness before each shift (internet, headset, CRM access).
- Full-time: 40 hours per week (5 working days, 2 days off).
- 8-hour shifts, flexible scheduling (may include weekends).
- The weekly schedule is published 3 days in advance.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — required.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or call center.
- Proven ability to convert calls into scheduled appointments.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Professional phone voice, excellent listening and objection-handling.
- Reliable home office setup: stable high-speed internet, noise-free environment, quality headset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools.
- Fixed Base Salary: $1,000 USD per month (guaranteed for full-time 40 hours/week).
- Performance Bonus: Up to $00 USD per month, based on KPIs such as:
- Conversion rate of customer calls to booked appointments.
- Accuracy and completeness of data entry in CRM.
- Team performance and contribution to overall booking goals.
- Total Monthly Compensation: Up to 1,200 USD.
- All vacation, holiday, and sick leave policies are managed directly by the agency.

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to educate them on our sports betting and gaming services.

Position: Call Center Agent
Reports to: Call Center Manager
Purpose: Service Center agents are responsible for accurately coordinating, scheduling, and completing registration for ambulatory outpatient visits. Responsibilities include collecting demographic and insurance information, as well as clinical details related to scheduling. Representatives will explain patient preparation requirements and coordinate with clinics regarding protocols and scheduling modifications. They may also handle non-scheduling inquiries or transfer patients to the appropriate department.
- Prompt and regular attendance at the office.
- Communicate daily with the Call Center Manager.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and greet callers courteously.

- Strong computer, writing, typing, and documentation skills.
- Experience with electronic health records.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to listen and document simultaneously.
