Position OverviewAs a Senior Machine Learning Engineer , you’ll work with our internal products—most notably Frameflow , our AI-powered QA Engineer —as well as cutting-edge client projects. You’ll develop and deploy machine learning models that have real-world impact, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions that are fast, scalable, and future-ready .
You’ll be helping build the future of AI for QA automation , ensuring our models deliver superior performance and accuracy across various industries. This role is fully remote, and open to applicants from anywhere in the world.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement machine learning models for both internal and client projects.
Work closely with the Frameflow team to integrate AI-driven automation into QA processes.
Design and optimize Machine Learning pipelines for scale, efficiency, and performance.
Collaborate with software developers to embed ML models into real-time applications.
Continuously improve the performance of models, focusing on areas such as LLM, RAG, NLP , image recognition, and anomaly detection .
Stay updated on the latest developments in AI/ML and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our workflows.
Qualifications6+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, Chat GPT, Claude Sonnet, LangChain, PyTorch, or Keras.
Strong experience with Flask and Python for day-to-day code.
Experience with serverless, real-time ML architectures, and scalable pipelines.
Strong understanding of cloud-based AI architectures, especially in AWS or GCP, like Sagemaker or Airflow.
Passion for solving complex problems using data and AI innovation .

Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance to teams and projects for international clients
- Work alongside GenAI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers in data and AI projects
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI-powered solutions while fostering collaboration and growth
- Support strategy teams in identifying and implementing robust AI and data strategies to solve business challenges
- Stay up-to-date with GenAI trends, tools and frameworks, introducing innovations and process improvements to teams when appropriate
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, advocating for the best use of AI and Data practices
- You are driven by curiosity and enthusiasm about learning new technologies
- Foster team autonomy and proactive engagement
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, alongside a minimum of one year of experience in GenAI engineering, developing AI solutions
- Have strong technical expertise in Machine Learning
- Have a deep understanding of Data Science, especially in the field of Generative AI, being used to concepts such as LLMs, RAGs, and Agentic AI
- Have experience in data strategy and governance techniques, driving clients to the successful implementation of data and AI solutions
- Have managed a team of engineers building solutions and have been responsible for growing the people on the team through goal-setting, coaching, and feedback
- Are comfortable having difficult conversations and always have your clients' and teammates' best interests in mind
- Have familiarity with Agile techniques for managing work, quality assurance, testing, and LLM evaluation
- Can simplify and communicate about complex problems around technology, business processes, user experience, and development tasks
