Your role

Job Overview
To provide high quality, on-time input to client projects in the life sciences field. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions and analysis.
Essential Functions
- Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals and client solutions.
- Assists in the development of detailed documentation and specifications.
- Performs quantitative or qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
- Assists in the design/structure and completion of presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.
- Develops, and may present, complete client deliverables within known/identified frameworks and methodologies.
- Proactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.
- Engagement based responsibilities are assigned and managed by Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Req - Economics, Business, Engineering, Pharmacy and related fields
- 2-4 years of related experience Req
- English fluency
- Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
- Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.
- Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to one's functional area.
- Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace.
- Effective time management and organization skills.
- Availability to work on-site 4-days per week (hybrid system in São Paulo)

Role Responsibilities
- Design of omnichannel journeys for strategic audiences (healthcare professionals), including segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, and performance focus;
- Facilitation of discovery sessions and strategic consulting, transforming business objectives into measurable tactical plans;
- Benchmark research, storytelling definition, and development of use cases with both analytical and creative vision, documented on platforms like Miro;
- Creation of comprehensive briefings and support for the validation of creative materials, ensuring strategic alignment and narrative consistency;
- Results analysis and insight generation, proposing continuous optimizations and evolution of the communication flow;
- Support for roadmap and technical implementation, ensuring deliverables are aligned with strategic vision and business goals;
- Project management support: documentation, timelines, effort estimates, commercial proposals, and executive presentations.
Must Have Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Experience as a strategist in CRM and digital products, working on marketing automation, content, and user experience projects.
- Background in offline communication and relationship management with advertising agencies/suppliers.
- Experience designing omnichannel journeys/campaigns for strategic audiences (e.g., healthcare professionals), including segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, and performance analysis.
- Ability to design publishing journeys focused on the target audience (even without direct execution, delegating to partners).
- Experience facilitating discovery sessions and providing strategic consulting, translating business objectives into measurable tactical plans.
- Skill in creating comprehensive briefings, overseeing validation of creative materials, and ensuring consistency with the defined strategy.
- Strong experience in results analysis and insight generation, proposing continuous optimizations.
- Ability to support the management of strategic projects, including documentation, timelines, effort estimates, commercial proposals, and executive presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in pivot tables, financial reports, and executive presentations.
- Advanced English (B2 or above) for communication with global leadership.
Nice To Have Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
- Knowledge of Salesforce (Trailhead, CRM) or other platforms such as Veeva Vault.
- Previous experience with benchmarks, storytelling, and strategic use cases using tools like Miro.
- Experience with digital product roadmaps, supporting technical implementation aligned with strategic vision.
- Experience in monitoring and evolving communication workflows.
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish;
- Immediate availability to start.
