Overview
We are looking for an experienced consultant specializing in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for IT projects, with a strong focus on managing the human impact of change. Seeking professionals with proven experience in international projects (outside Brazil), capable of navigating complex environments and driving successful change initiatives across diverse cultures.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement OCM / MoC strategies for IT projects;
- Lead communication and training initiatives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups;
- Develop behavioral training content and materials;
- Provide coaching and support to executives and leadership teams;
- Proactively initiate ad hoc communication efforts when needed;
- Ensure effective communication to foster awareness, understanding, and engagement around change initiatives.
- Solid experience in MoC (Management of Change) and IT-related projects;
- Proven ability to manage the human side of change, including stakeholder engagement and impact mitigation;
- Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is highly desirable;
- Background in gamification and user experience strategies;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- High level of adaptability and resilience in ambiguous and high-pressure environments;

Responsibilities- As a Manager, build long-standing partnerships with clients and collaborate with colleagues to solve the clients’ most pressing business challenges.
- Shape and deliver results that align with client goals, visions and missions; mentor junior staff on the engagement team, sharing expertise and providing feedback and encouragement.

REQUIRED SKILLS- Effective and efficient organization and planning skills with the proven ability to manage concurrent client engagements, while delegating and overseeing the work of junior team members
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills required to synthesize complex data sets and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and trends to implement recommendations resulting in measurable improvement and successful organizational change
- Impactful and professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to set clear project team direction, develop key deliverables, escalate risks, and influence key stakeholders inclusive of client and internal senior leadership
- Ability to collaborate with team members and client counterparts to understand business challenges, adapt implementation methodologies and approaches to ensure results align with client’s business objectives
