Requisitos

    • Mais de 5 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de software em Java.

    • Experiência com testes unitários, de integração e e2e (desenvolvimento orientado a testes é um diferencial).
    • Proficiência em APIs REST, tanto na implementação quanto no consumo de interfaces.
    • Experiência sólida com bancos de dados relacionais, fluxos de CI/CD, Git, Docker e Kubernetes.

We are actively seeking a Command Center Team Lead (SAP) . This position that is based in our São Paulo office, Brazil.

Position Summary

The role of the Team Lead, Command Center is to provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical applications as part of our global Application Managed Services support team. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting, and supporting multiple application modules for our global clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of applications functionality and develop an action plan to resolve issues, either directly or through promotion to AMS L2/L3 or L4 support.
  • Replicate reported issues as needed for troubleshooting
  • Provide new or modified application configuration to resolve incidents
  • Advise junior coworkers on application functionality and capabilities
  • Recommend changes to training based on incident volumes and trends
  • Identify opportunities of process improvements and automation
  • Thoroughly document change requests, test results, and approvals
  • Be a pro-active contributor to a support organization which is running 24x7x365, this will require the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays and monitoring email regularly outside standard business hours
  • Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment to extend field experience to different client situations
  • Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the client experience
  • Identify, manage, and resolve complex risks and issues, preventing escalations wherever possible
  • Coordinate with manager and team for daily tasks
  • Ensure team is rightly staffed to support operations

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-6 years relevant hands-on experience as a consultant or production support provider, based on the tool that will work for.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A track record of successful roles in several implementation or upgrade projects, or as a production support provider
  • Deep working knowledge and understanding of support business processes
  • Broad expertise in applications (SAP , Oracle, Microsoft, …)
  • A blend of functional and technical development skills, with deep understanding of the business processes supported by the PeopleSoft application as well as experience developing custom solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tactfully resolve conflict
  • Ability to be persuasive and influence customer relationships in a positive direction
  • Ability to multitask, managing competing priorities and administrative tasks
  • Exposure on ServiceNow application
  • Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment.
  • Able to act as a mentor for the team
  • Strong capability to read, write, and speak English
  • Exceptional ability to maintain strong peer relationships, gaining trust and confidence from all levels within the organization
  • Well-developed presentation and communication skills

Education

  • Bachelor’ s in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science or other related field, or equivalent work experience

Requisitos Mínimos
  1. Bacharel/Licenciatura (engenharia, administração ou áreas relacionadas à operações/cadeia de suprimento/logística);
  2. Experiência em gestão de pessoas;
  3. Experiência em gestão de produto/categoria, logística, gestão da cadeia de suprimentos, planejamento comercial, consultoria ou áreas relacionadas;
  4. Capacidade de construir relacionamentos efetivos com parceiros-chave;
  5. Inglês avançado (escrito e verbal);
  6. Capacidade de se comunicar de forma clara e eficaz com diferentes grupos funcionais.

Desejável:

  1. Experiência com SQL;

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all projects undertaken by the team, determining technical requirements and communicating them to the team

  • Identify risks and come up with contingency plans

About The Role

A Supply Chain - Team Lead takes care of regulatory aspects of all international shipments. They make sure physical deliveries happen on schedule and compliantly. They apply applicable trade compliance rules, regulations, and policies to manage compliant import/export operations around the world. They manage the logistics and transportation of vendor deliveries. They work with international governmental organizations to ensure imported equipment arrives smoothly. Contractors will also work with internal customers to measure and define processes, constantly using data to improve our system

In This Role, You Will

  • Pre-shipment research of trade and regulatory requirements for international shipments, work with 3rd party vendors.
  • Check shipping documentation, country research. Conducts audits on shipping documents and documentation provided by external partners to ensure compliance on all FCPA and Anti Bribery requirements, communicates with brokers and other external parties.
  • Work closely with cross-functional team members including Legal and Tax to ensure imports/exports take place in a compliant manner.
  • Assist global team members to ensure timely clearance instructions are provided to customs brokers and problem shipments are addressed.
  • Review and ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the STOs are in place and compliant with shipping practices.
  • Review and approve commercial invoices
  • Approve all Trade documents, CI (Commercial Invoices), PL (Packing Lists) and AWB(Airway Bills) in 24 business hours
  • Manage Order Form entry via internal systems.
  • Support all Tax and Customs audits in alignment with Legal Regional Team
  • Work with Client Trade Compliance team and Third-Party Logistics Service Providers (aka 3PLs) to make sure that all international shipments comply with export & import regulations
  • Complete Due Diligence on all external parties in alignment with Legal requirements
  • Monitor and manage all PII and Denied Party Screening requests
  • Maintain brokerage performance reports
  • Coordinate and resolve or escalate where required, inbound international shipments held at customs
  • Carry out emerging markets research to determine shipping and compliance regulations in new locations.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the client and extended logistics team, providing expert advice on customs clearance, brokerage, classification, valuation, and regulatory requirements
  • Help to summarize regional compliance performance metrics.
  • Help to create client-facing reports (Monthly Business Reviews/Quarterly Business Reviews - MBR/QBR).
  • Help to creates and tracks action items and deliverables arising from performance reviews or client requests
  • Owns and manages communication with client program managers.
  • Ensures client-specific processes are clearly communicated and consistently followed by the internal team.
  • Conducts weekly meetings with client managers.
  • Provides timely updates and clarifications on shipments as needed.
  • Keeps the customer proactively informed about every stage of the delivery process.
