Responsabilidades
· Gerenciar e evoluir o backlog do produto com visão estratégica
· Coletar e priorizar demandas com stakeholders internos e externos
· Escrever user stories claras, testáveis e orientadas a valor
· Conduzir refinamentos, plannings e reviews com foco em resultado
· Apoiar a fluidez do time através da facilitação de cerimônias ágeis
· Monitorar métricas de produto (engajamento, adoção, conversão etc.)
· Atuar como ponte entre negócio e tecnologia, garantindo entendimento e alinhamento
· Remover impedimentos e garantir um ambiente propício à entrega contínua
· Facilitar a adoção de práticas ágeis e promover a melhoria contínua do time
· Monitorar e expor métricas do time (velocity, lead time, throughput)
· Atuar como coach do time, apoiando no amadurecimento da autonomia e auto-organização
Conhecimentos esperados
· Frameworks ágeis: Scrum, Kanban
· Boas práticas de Scrum Master (facilitação, remoção de impedimentos, coaching de time)
· Ferramentas: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion
· Conhecimento em gestão de produto digital (UX, MVP, discovery)
· Familiaridade com métricas ágeis e de produto (velocity, lead time, NPS, OKRs)

Requisitos:
Atuação como Product Owner (PO) com objetivo de apoiar no projeto da reforma tributária que acompanhe e otimize as etapas de planejamento, execução e monitoramento da implementação da reforma tributária em âmbito nacional, com foco em transparência, eficiência e controle de impacto considerando a legislação vigente da Reforma Tributária.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Planejamento Estratégico;
Mapeamento das fases da reforma tributária (legislação, transição, regulamentação, operação);
Ferramentas de cronograma e alocação de recursos;
Gestão da Solução de Cards :
Controle dos cards criados no Jira;
Analise das Tarefas com base nas demandas do Tributário;
Controle e atualização das demandas;
Gestão de Comunicação:
Manter ritos de status report com o time de Fiscal & Tecnologia;
Garantir que os problemas sejam endereçados aos responsáveis;
Elaboração de reunião com a Diretoria ou Comitê alinhado com a gestão.
·Gestão Financeira :
Controle de custos de implementação por unidade federativa;
Simulações de impacto fiscal conforme cenários da reforma;
Monitoramento e Indicadores de Riscos :
Painel de indicadores de desempenho (ex: redução da complexidade tributária, aumento da arrecadação eficiente);
Relatórios automáticos e gráficos comparativos;
Atuação do profissional terá como base as etapas de levantamento, planejamento e execução do projeto sempre reportando ao setor tributário e fiscal;
Integração com sistemas federativos (Reforma Tributária) proporcionando maior alinhamento e cooperação institucional;
Analise das Demandas atuais que estão impactando o dia-a-dia visando a elaboração de um das demandas atuais e realizar o planejamento junto as áreas;
Simulações dinâmicas proporcionando tomada de decisão baseada em evidências;
Transparência ativa gerando confiança da população e dos investidores;
Entender os diversos chamados em aberto e fazer acompanhamento periódico;
Mapeamento de status;
Entender as necessidades da área fiscal para a correta declaração/importação dos dados nos sistemas fiscais;
Conferir dados gerados pela TI/Áreas Responsáveis;
·Reforma Tributária:
Avaliação das atualizações do ERP Cloud-Fusion (Cohorts) · Rodadas de reuniões com fornecedores de sistemas fiscais;
Entendimento das necessidades levantadas pela área Fiscal, abertura de chamado, e atuação/cobrança das áreas responsáveis;
Documentar os procedimentos realizados em base de conhecimento.

- Conhecimento de Produto para dar visibilidade de Road Map e interagir com time de produtos e fazer a interface com as squads (somente delivery, não há discovery)
- Sr. gerenciamento de projetos e liderança;
- Comunicação com c-level;
- Experiência com gestão de múltiplos projetos;
- Lidar com a area de governança;

- Partner with Data Science to define, deploy, and iterate on ML models and pricing algorithms.
- Align with UI/UX and front-end teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and planning sessions with business stakeholders.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and user adoption.
- Ensure accurate documentation in Confluence and Jira for themes, epics, and tasks.
- Coordinate with QA to validate features and ensure delivery meets requirements.
- Promote continuous iteration based on stakeholder feedback and performance data.
- Drive change management and support user training for new RMS features.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process and system changes.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
- FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Business Management, Data Analytics, or related fields
- EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end product ownership, product management, or delivery of data or optimization platforms.
- Experience working across Data Engineering, Data Science, and UI Development teams, as well with multiple stakeholders and brand Revenue Management teams.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments with cross-functional teams.
- Industry experience in cruise, travel, or enterprise data systems is a plus.
- Exposure to revenue management, pricing systems, or forecasting tools is preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and iterative development
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ML model lifecycle, and modern UI patterns
- Ability to define and refine user stories across technical and business domains
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and backlog management tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent facilitation, documentation, and analytical skills
- Understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
- Adaptability in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification preferred
- Product Management or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus

The Product Owner (PO) for the Revenue Management System (RMS) is responsible for shaping and delivering integrated solutions that support pricing, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization. This role involves managing initiatives that span data engineering, machine learning, and user-facing interfaces. In addition to gathering and managing business requirements, the PO will be responsible for overseeing the full delivery lifecycle to ensure successful execution from concept through release.
OverviewThe Product Owner leads the end-to-end delivery of RMS features, collaborating with Data Engineering, Data Science, UI/UX, and QA to ensure value delivery and a seamless user experience.
Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a backlog of features and enhancements spanning data pipelines, predictive models, and RMS user interfaces.
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to optimize pricing strategies and demand forecasting.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into detailed epics and user stories with clear descriptions, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle of features and enhancements, ensuring timely execution, alignment with stakeholders, and readiness for deployment.
