The Role
As our Head of Product, you will lead our core app product initiatives locally driving them from zero to one. You’ll work cross-functionally to define and execute on the product roadmap with a focus on growth, retention, and user experience — positioning Luzia as the world’s most loved AI-powered personal assistant.
What You’ll Do
- Lead team to define the future of Luzia’s product in Brasil and globally.

- Develop and track key product metrics to evaluate performance, inform decisions, and guide future development.
- Design and run experiments to test hypotheses, gather insights, and drive product improvements.

- Stay on the pulse of AI research and Gen-AI trends, spotting opportunities to infuse Luzia with fresh capabilities.

- Deep experience in consumer-facing mobile app development, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
- Strong product instincts and a proven ability to make data-informed decisions.

- Leadership experience in building and scaling cross-functional product teams.
- A track record of delivering impactful products in internet- or mobile-first companies.
- Experience with B2C apps, ideally in messaging, productivity, or AI.
- Comfort navigating technical conversations with Engineering and AI teams.Strong UX and design sensibilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for intuitive interfaces.
- Proficiency in product analytics, experimentation, and business intelligence tools.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Você será a principal referência em Design dentro da empresa, liderando a criação de padrões de excelência para toda a experiência do usuário. Responsabilidades
- Liderar o design de ponta a ponta dos produto digital;
- Traduzir modelos de negócio através do design, transformando processos analógicos em jornadas digitais escaláveis (ex.: automação, IA, omnichannel).
- Estruturar o crescimento do time de design;
- Definir e evoluir a visão de design da empresa, alinhando-a aos objetivos de negócio e à experiência do usuário.
- Colaborar com o C-level na construção da estratégia de produto de longo prazo, garantindo que o design seja um diferencial competitivo.
- Conduzir pesquisas com usuários internos e externos para entender necessidades, dores e oportunidades;
- Conduzir testes de usabilidade, analisar métricas e propor melhorias contínuas na experiência do usuário;
- Participar da construção e evolução do Design System da IORQ, mantendo padrões de usabilidade e identidade visual
- 8+ anos de experiência em design de produto, com pelo menos 1 ano em cargoe de liderança
- Domínio de Figma
- Conhecimento sólido de UX Research, arquitetura da informação e design centrado no usuário.
- Experiência com produtos digitais complexos, preferencialmente em fintechs, crédito ou mercado financeiro B2B/B2B2C.
- Familiaridade com métricas de produto e negócio
- Capacidade de trabalhar com times multidisciplinares, equilibrando necessidades do negócio, tecnologia e experiência do usuário.
- Habilidade para analisar dados quantitativos e qualitativos e tomar decisões baseadas em evidências.
- Nice to have: Noções de front-end (HTML, CSS, design responsivo) para comunicação eficaz com desenvolvedores.

Head of Payment Product - LATAM
We are looking for a product leader to shape the future of Payment Methods in LATAM.
As Head of Payment Product for LATAM, you will own the strategy, vision, and execution for Adyen’s core payments products in one of our most dynamic and high-growth regions. You’ll be responsible for defining what great looks like for Payment Methods in the region, aligning teams behind that vision, and delivering measurable impact to our customers and the business.

What you’ll do:
- Strategic Product Management: Define and drive product strategy across LATAM for core acquiring, local payment methods, and platform enablers. Set a clear vision with focus on customer needs, regional requirements, and global scalability.
- Team Leadership: Build and develop a team of high-performing product managers. Raise the bar on product thinking, execution, and accountability. Foster a culture of ownership, customer centricity, and measurable outcomes. Ensure the team aligns with Adyen’s strategic goals and supports regional and global objectives.
- Product Simplification & Optimization: Streamline the regional product portfolio to reduce complexity, improve reliability, and accelerate adoption. Drive clarity on what we stop, start, and scale based on customer impact and business value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, engineering, partnerships, and compliance teams to bring products to market, improve performance, and solve hard problems.
Who you are:
- 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years leading PMs. You’ve built high-performing teams and shipped complex products.
- Deep expertise in payments, including acquiring and local payment networks in LATAM.
- You’ve built and scaled products across multiple markets.
- You are customer-centric and data-driven, always anchored in impact.
- You simplify complexity and communicate with clarity.
- You take full ownership and operate autonomously.
- Travel: Some international travel will be required.

- Develop and execute a strategy both within and across functions (e.g., SEO) to drive incremental company revenue.

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Growth PMs, designers, and engineers.
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment between different functions.
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years in Growth and/or Product Management roles within the Tech or SaaS industry.
- 2+ years of direct line management experience of Product Managers or Growth Product Managers.
- 3+ years of work or study experience in the US.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
- An MBA or Business Administration degree is a plus.
- Advanced level of English.

Who are we looking for?- Maintaining and evolving our existing data platform;
- Building processes to ingest data from Kafka, APIs and Databases using Nifi.
- Applying transformations to data streams;
- Being involved in data modelling following standards e.g. Inmon, Kimball, Data Vault;
- Ensuring data quality by verifying data consistency and accuracy;
- Keeping up to date on research and development of new technologies and techniques to enhance our data platform;

Some Key Requirements of what we would be looking for:
- Experience with modern cloud database technologies such as Snowflake ;
- Experience with orchestrating data pipelines using Airflow ;
- Experience with SQL , and Data Integration Tools
- Experience with any programming language like Python or Java;
- Knowledge on AWS Services like S3/Lambda/API Gateways/DMS/RDS;
- Development experience in both Microsoft , and Linux/Cloud environments;
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
It would be extra awesome if you also have experience with:
- Familiar with Data Warehousing concepts and data modelling techniques such as Inmon, Kimball, Data Vault;
- Familiar with data streaming using technologies such as Kafka ;
- Familiar with software versioning tools like GIT ;
- Familiar with infrastructure scripting like Terraform ;
- Familiar with data flow systems such as Apache NiFi ;
- Familiar with Data Monitoring and Visualisation tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, Cloudwatch ;
- Scripting – Powershell, Unix Scripting;
- At least 2 years experience in Data Engineering;
- Excellent verbal and writing English communication skills;
- Good learning mindset;
- Able to set priorities and multitask
