The RoleAs our Head of Product, you will lead our core app product initiatives locally driving them from zero to one. You’ll work cross-functionally to define and execute on the product roadmap with a focus on growth, retention, and user experience — positioning Luzia as the world’s most loved AI-powered personal assistant.
What You’ll DoLead team to define the future of Luzia’s product in Brasil and globally.
Lead the local strategy, development, and optimization of Luzia’s product with a focus on user growth, retention, and social features.
Work closely with engineering and technical leadership to deeply understand and translate technical possibilities and limitations into bold, forward-looking product decisions.
Define and drive the product roadmap based on user insights, behavioral data, and business priorities.
Guide Engineering, Marketing, and Design teams with local insights to deliver high-quality products quickly and iteratively.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, documentation, and scopes for engineering teams.
Communicate product vision and updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and track key product metrics to evaluate performance, inform decisions, and guide future development.
Design and run experiments to test hypotheses, gather insights, and drive product improvements.
Operate with agility in a fast-paced environment, embracing ambiguity and driving creative, scalable solutions.
Stay on the pulse of AI research and Gen-AI trends, spotting opportunities to infuse Luzia with fresh capabilities.
Someone who’s deeply curious about users, passionate about discovering user needs, and can bring bold ideas to life
Deep experience in consumer-facing mobile app development, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
Strong product instincts and a proven ability to make data-informed decisions.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
Leadership experience in building and scaling cross-functional product teams.
A track record of delivering impactful products in internet- or mobile-first companies.
Experience with B2C apps, ideally in messaging, productivity, or AI.
Comfort navigating technical conversations with Engineering and AI teams.Strong UX and design sensibilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for intuitive interfaces.
Proficiency in product analytics, experimentation, and business intelligence tools.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

About The Role
We are seeking a Head of Product to take ownership of the ParcelHero product suite, including our flagship price comparison service and the new ParcelHero Pro platform.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy and technology execution. You will define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and represent product in engineering meetings to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
The ideal candidate has a background in sales/marketing but also possesses a deep understanding of software development and engineering processes, enabling them to collaborate effectively with tech teams.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with company goals and market opportunities
- Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support, ensuring product decisions balance commercial and technical needs
- Engineering Collaboration: Represent product in engineering meetings, working closely with developers to prioritise features, resolve trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Market & Customer Insight: Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, shape features, and drive adoption
- Go-to-Market Partnership: Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, positioning, and sales enablement
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define KPIs, analyse usage and adoption metrics, and continuously optimise the product based on insights
- Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing product team as the function scales
- Fluent English: You should be fluent in both written and spoken English
- Experience: 5+ years in product management/ownership, ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, or marketplaces
- Technical Fluency: Strong experience working closely with engineering teams; ability to understand software architecture, APIs, and development workflows
- Commercial Acumen: Background in sales/marketing, with proven ability to align product strategy with revenue growth and customer needs
- Leadership: Ability to influence, inspire, and build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders

We are looking for a Head of Product & Growth who will own every aspect of our subscription product’s ARPU, with your main objective being a 15% quarter-over-quarter ARPU increase. Beyond revenue growth, you’ll ensure that the team runs at peak efficiency—delivering valuable features and driving product innovation at speed.
Your leadership will cover all operations outside Marketing, giving you the autonomy to shape processes and take full responsibility for how the team functions. Key Responsibilities

About The Role
We are seeking a Head of Product to take ownership of the ParcelHero product suite, including our flagship price comparison service and the new ParcelHero Pro platform.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy and technology execution. You will define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and represent product in engineering meetings to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
The ideal candidate has a background in sales/marketing but also possesses a deep understanding of software development and engineering processes, enabling them to collaborate effectively with tech teams.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with company goals and market opportunities
- Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support, ensuring product decisions balance commercial and technical needs
- Engineering Collaboration: Represent product in engineering meetings, working closely with developers to prioritise features, resolve trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Market & Customer Insight: Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, shape features, and drive adoption
- Go-to-Market Partnership: Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, positioning, and sales enablement
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define KPIs, analyse usage and adoption metrics, and continuously optimise the product based on insights
- Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing product team as the function scales
- Fluent English: You should be fluent in both written and spoken English
- Experience: 5+ years in product management/ownership, ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, or marketplaces
- Technical Fluency: Strong experience working closely with engineering teams; ability to understand software architecture, APIs, and development workflows
- Commercial Acumen: Background in sales/marketing, with proven ability to align product strategy with revenue growth and customer needs
- Leadership: Ability to influence, inspire, and build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Execution: Proven track record of delivering complex digital products from concept through to launch and growth
- Analytical & Strategic: Data-driven mindset with the ability to zoom out on vision while drilling down into detail
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to represent product both internally and externally

We are looking for a Head of Product & Growth who will own every aspect of our subscription product’s ARPU, with your main objective being a 15% quarter-over-quarter ARPU increase.
