About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital and Blended Learning Product Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of our digital and blended learning English learning solutions. This is your chance to shape how students around the world learn and grow!
As the Senior Digital and Blended Learning Product Manager , you will own the strategy and execution of learning products focused on English learning, within the Wizard Franchise brand. - Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including content, sales, academic, engineering, marketing, and customer success, to drive product success and adoption.
- Global Focus : Ensure that products are optimized for different regions and markets, considering language proficiency levels, cultural nuances, and local teaching methods.

- Experience in Product Management, preferably within Education and EdTech, language learning, or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with digital and non digital learning product development, Agile methodologies, and tools like Jira, figma, lucid chart, etc.
- Understanding of APIs, mobile apps, and digital content delivery systems.
- Knowledge of academic and content basics to ensure quality of products.
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to guide product improvements.
- Understanding of different learner personas, including children, teenagers, and adults.
- Ability to analyze key performance metrics and use insights to iterate and optimize the product.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Collaborative and proactive, capable of influencing stakeholders and teams at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills in both English.
- Availability to attend Pearson's office in São Paulo (Barra Funda) 1 to 2 times per week.
- Fluent English
- Strong understanding of digital education products or online learning platforms.
- Experience working with English language learning products or language assessment tools.

Impact You'll Make
As Technical Product Management, you will be responsible for taking the product management of our Document Verification/ Facial Biometrics and associated products, and make it available globally including in Brazil. In this you will work closely with the Fraud & Identity teams in those markets to make the solution successful. This role requires a strong focus on customer-first perspective, ensuring our products meet market demands, and are both profitable and relevant at a global scale.

Estamos em busca de um Product Owner (PO), responsável por liderar o desenvolvimento de soluções que otimizem as jornadas de compras no ecossistema B2B, alinhando objetivos de negócio às necessidades dos clientes.
Quais serão suas responsabilidades neste desafio?
- Gerenciar o backlog de produto, priorizando demandas com base no impacto para o negócio e nos objetivos estratégicos da empresa.
- Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares (design, engenharia, negócios) para garantir a entrega de soluções inovadoras e de alta qualidade.
- Definir histórias de usuário e critérios de aceitação com base nas necessidades dos stakeholders.
- Analisar e mapear processos de compras para propor melhorias que agreguem valor aos nossos clientes.
- Atuar como referência interna em processos de compras, com conhecimentos complementares em tributação e finanças, garantindo que as soluções atendam às normas e regulamentações aplicáveis.
- Monitorar KPIs e avaliar a performance das soluções implementadas.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Product Owner (PO) for the Revenue Management System (RMS) is responsible for shaping and delivering integrated solutions that support pricing, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization. This role involves managing initiatives that span data engineering, machine learning, and user-facing interfaces. In addition to gathering and managing business requirements, the PO will be responsible for overseeing the full delivery lifecycle to ensure successful execution from concept through release.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain a backlog of features and enhancements spanning data pipelines, predictive models, and RMS user interfaces.
Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to optimize pricing strategies and demand forecasting.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into detailed epics and user stories with clear descriptions, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Own the full delivery lifecycle of features and enhancements, ensuring timely execution, alignment with stakeholders, and readiness for deployment.
Collaborate with Data Engineering on requirements for data sourcing, integration, and quality.
Partner with Data Science to define, deploy, and iterate on ML models and pricing algorithms.
Align with UI/UX and front-end teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and planning sessions with business stakeholders.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and user adoption.
Ensure accurate documentation in Confluence and Jira for themes, epics, and tasks.
Coordinate with QA to validate features and ensure delivery meets requirements.
Promote continuous iteration based on stakeholder feedback and performance data.
Drive change management and support user training for new RMS features.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process and system changes.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE:
Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY:
Business Management, Data Analytics, or related fields
EXPERIENCE;
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end product ownership, product management, or delivery of data or optimization platforms.
- Experience working across Data Engineering, Data Science, and UI Development teams, as well with multiple stakeholders and brand Revenue Management teams.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments with cross-functional teams.
- Industry experience in cruise, travel, or enterprise data systems is a plus.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
- Exposure to revenue management, pricing systems, or forecasting tools is preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and iterative development
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ML model lifecycle, and modern UI patterns
- Ability to define and refine user stories across technical and business domains
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and backlog management tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent facilitation, documentation, and analytical skills
- Understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
- Adaptability in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
