About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital and Blended Learning Product Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of our digital and blended learning English learning solutions. This is your chance to shape how students around the world learn and grow!

Required skills and experience

Impact You'll Make
As Technical Product Management, you will be responsible for taking the product management of our Document Verification/ Facial Biometrics and associated products, and make it available globally including in Brazil. In this you will work closely with the Fraud & Identity teams in those markets to make the solution successful. This role requires a strong focus on customer-first perspective, ensuring our products meet market demands, and are both profitable and relevant at a global scale.

  • Defining product requirements: Provide business and technical requirements for the Fraud & Identity products including persona creation as inputs to Engineering, aligning product features and benefits with specific customer profiles and regional asks. This will ensure products meet market/ customer needs and have a strong product-market fit.
  • Regional Coordination on Global Product Strategy: Coordinate with the regional Fraud and GTM teams to ensure that their requirements and roadmap related to DocV/ Facial Biometrics capabilities are aligned to the global product strategy.
  • Brazil market needs: Given the unique requirements from the Brazil market around Facial Biometrics and Authentication, the individual would be expected to assess the market needs, partnering opportunities and ensure that the product built will meet the market requirements and help us grow into a leadership position in this space.

Overview
The Business and Market Insights (B&MI) team is seeking a Vice President, Regional Product Manager, to lead our Payments Consulting and Business Intelligence products for Latin America and the Caribbean region. This role is accountable for consistently delivering revenue and margin targets for a broad set of products, including strategy advisory, transactional data insights platforms, and end-to-end implementation support for customers.

Role

In This Leadership Position, You Will

  • Act as People Manager and leader of a team of Product Managers tasked with delivering objectives of B&MI with available resources and in alignment with corporate strategy and Mastercard Way behaviors.
  • Lead development and continuous improvement of product packages to address recurring client needs, address Mastercard regional priorities and ensure attainment of B&MI revenue and margin targets
  • Co-create and drive go-to-market strategies for priority products across each of our distribution channels including one-to-one sales, market-wide sales, network-linked sales, and partnership sales
  • Disseminate our main capabilities both internally and externally with engaging storytelling and data
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across sales and delivery lifecycle. Develop and drive activities to increase customer engagement and foster positive experiences of customers with B&MI solutions
  • Systematically partner with regional and global teams to develop and deliver innovations to our markets

All About You
The ideal candidate should:

  • Have extensive (+10 years) experience in management consulting for financial services in Latin America. Experience (+2 years) in business development or digital product management roles will be highly valued.
  • Demonstrate high-level of problem-solving, creativity, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrate our Mastercard Way behaviors, necessary to be effective in cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate high-level people management skills, necessary to be effective leading small teams
  • Be proficient and autonomous in Profit and Loss statement (P&L) analysis and management
  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in Spanish and Portuguese will be highly valued.

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Specialist to join our team and support Mastercard's strategy related to alternative payment methods (APM) in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple projects and collaborating with global and local stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set a customer-centric product vision; ensure consistent alignment between business priorities, development objectives and market trends
• Define product usage metrics and work with development teams to monitor
• Deepen understanding of customers’ needs, motivations, and pain points
• Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
• Identify issues, risks, and dependencies to track product development
• Own and manage product documentation that expands knowledge beyond product team
• Intake Process Management: Design, develop, and maintain the intake process to capture new opportunities for partnerships or identify threats that require attention.
• Risk and Opportunity Monitoring: Partner with global and local teams to track and monitor the risks and opportunities within the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region and incorporate them into the APMs strategy.
• Project Management: Act as project manager for multiple projects and workstreams with APMs happening in parallel across the region.
• Impact Analysis and Documentation: Capture the impact in value of the projects and construct documentation for directional decision-making to the Steering Committees.
• Progress Reporting: Report on the progress of the initiatives to Senior Management.

• Proven experience in managing projects related to alternative payment methods.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the financial services or payments industry.
