**About the Role:**
We are looking for a **Senior** **Digital and Blended Learning Product Manager** to lead the design, development, and optimization of our digital and blended learning English learning solutions. This is your chance to shape how students around the world learn and grow!
As the **Senior** **Digital and Blended Learning Product Manager,** you will own the strategy and execution of learning products focused on English learning, within the Wizard Franchise brand. Working at the intersection of education, content, sales, technology, marketing, and user experience, you will collaborate closely with educators, engineers, academic, franchisees, teachers, students, designers, and marketers to create products that deliver measurable learning outcomes and delight users.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop a product roadmap based on the company's mission, market research, and customer needs.
+ User-Centric Design: Collaborate with clients, users, UX/UI teams to create engaging, user-friendly learning experiences for students, teachers, franchisees, schools, and parents.
+ Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics, performance data, and feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness and engagement of digital and non digital products.
+ Content Integration: Work with curriculum designers and content developers to ensure that all offerings, including lessons, exercises, and gamified content align with language-learning objectives.
+ Agile Execution: Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and run Agile ceremonies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including content, sales, academic, engineering, marketing, and customer success, to drive product success and adoption.
+ Global Focus: Ensure that products are optimized for different regions and markets, considering language proficiency levels, cultural nuances, and local teaching methods.
**Required skills and experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a technology-related field (master's degree preferred).
+ Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably in the areas of Education, EdTech, Language Learning, or SaaS.
+ Academic and learning knowledge: Proven experience in learning processes, classroom practices, and academic support, ensuring that product solutions are aligned with effective pedagogical and teaching strategies.
+ Product development: Proven experience in digital and non-digital learning product development, agile methodologies, and tools (Jira, Figma, Lucidchart).
+ Technology: Strong knowledge of APIs, mobile applications, and digital content delivery systems is required.Academic fundamentals: Practical knowledge of academic standards and content quality assurance is required.
+ Project and dependency management: Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders is required, with a strong ability to connect, align, and resolve interdependencies between teams, systems, and outcomes.
+ User research: Proven experience in conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing.
+ Ability to deal with different student profiles (children, teenagers, adults).
+ Proven experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.), using insights to iterate and optimize products.
+ Ability to analyze and report KPIs, product ROI, and performance trends.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Demonstrate flexibility, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to respond quickly to manage emerging problems.
+ Fluent English (required).
+ Availability to attend the Pearson office in São Paulo (Barra Funda) 1 to 2 times per week.
**Desirable Additional Skills:**
+ Strong understanding of digital education products or online learning platforms.
+ Experience working with English language learning products or language assessment tools.
+ Knowledge of CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or other language proficiency standards.

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Specialist to join our team and support Mastercard's strategy related to alternative payment methods (APM) in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple projects and collaborating with global and local stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set a customer-centric product vision; ensure consistent alignment between business priorities, development objectives and market trends
• Define product usage metrics and work with development teams to monitor
• Deepen understanding of customers’ needs, motivations, and pain points
• Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
• Identify issues, risks, and dependencies to track product development
• Own and manage product documentation that expands knowledge beyond product team
• Intake Process Management: Design, develop, and maintain the intake process to capture new opportunities for partnerships or identify threats that require attention.
• Risk and Opportunity Monitoring: Partner with global and local teams to track and monitor the risks and opportunities within the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region and incorporate them into the APMs strategy.
• Project Management: Act as project manager for multiple projects and workstreams with APMs happening in parallel across the region.
• Impact Analysis and Documentation: Capture the impact in value of the projects and construct documentation for directional decision-making to the Steering Committees.
• Progress Reporting: Report on the progress of the initiatives to Senior Management.

Suas responsabilidades incluirão mapear recursos e capacidades para identificar oportunidades, desenvolver estratégias, colaborar com o Head de Produto e outras áreas, analisar dados e interagir com gerentes de projetos internos e externos. Você priorizará iniciativas, organizará um portfólio estratégico de projetos, e participará ativamente do processo de discovery.
Responsabilidades- Definir a visão de projetos de longo prazo, alinhada aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa.
- Realizar mapeamento de recursos e capacidades para identificar oportunidades e desenvolver a melhor estratégia para alcançar a visão definida.
- Colaborar com as áreas de produto e negócios na criação e implementação da visão e estratégia de gerenciamento de projetos.
- Analisar dados e interagir constantemente com gerentes de projetos (internos e externos) para identificar e definir oportunidades de otimização e desenvolvimento de processos de gestão de projetos.
- Priorizar iniciativas e organizar um portfólio de projetos claro e estratégico, garantindo o alinhamento com todas as partes interessadas.
- Participar ativamente do processo de discovery, analisando o cenário atual dos projetos identificados, compreendendo as necessidades, premissas e objetivos para futuras iniciativas.
- Apresentar resultados e definir próximos passos do portfólio de projetos baseados em dados, feedback dos gerentes de projetos, estratégia da empresa e tendências de mercado.
- Experiência superior a 5 anos em gerenciamento de projetos.
- Vivência em empresas SaaS será um diferencial significativo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação para articular a visão e a estratégia de projetos aos stakeholders internos e externos.
- Capacidade comprovada de priorizar e desenvolver portfólios de projetos estratégicos alinhados aos objetivos de negócio.
- Fortes habilidades analíticas e capacidade de tomar decisões fundamentadas em dados.
- Habilidades organizacionais para gerenciar iniciativas de forma eficaz.
