We are seeking an experienced professional to support and optimize enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives. The role requires a blend of technical configuration, business process leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable PLM solutions aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in both PTC Windchill and Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience (3DX). However, we will also consider candidates with strong expertise in one or the other.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and Support PLM Systems: Customize and configure Windchill and/or 3DX to meet company-specific requirements.
- Build, update, and manage product data structures to support design and engineering teams.
- Set up and improve change management processes (change requests, notices, approvals).
- Configure and automate approval workflows for efficiency and compliance.
- Modify and support lifecycle steps (draft, concept, design, released) to match internal business processes.
- Integrate Windchill with SAP and other enterprise applications for design data management.
- Suggest improvements for product data/document release processes, managing changes via JIRA.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and technical improvements across global teams.
Business & Functional Leadership:
- Lead business and functional resources in the design of efficient enterprise business processes that leverage PLM solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, demonstrate software functions, or resolve issues.
- Provide PLM application expertise to stakeholders for roadmap planning and technology evaluation.
- Collaborate with the PLM Support team to ensure alignment on solution direction and strategy.
- Provide high-level solution guidance and act as a change agent to drive adoption.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis, define metrics, and track progress toward business objectives.
- Develop standards, processes, procedures, and training materials to support PLM usage and adoption.
- Analyze and revise existing systems and documentation to identify remediation or improvements.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor with strong customer interfacing skills to communicate solution approaches.
- Build and maintain relationships across business units, vendors, and technical teams.
- Influence stakeholders, build support for PLM initiatives, and manage constructive tension when needed.
- Lead design-related workshops, drive issue resolution, and ensure alignment across functions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in PLM products, including at least 3 years in PTC Windchill and 2 years in Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience.
- 6+ years of system analysis and design experience, including enterprise-level application solutions (multi-tier, client/server, database, or web-based).
- Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and formal project management methodologies.
- Functional expertise in PLM applications; technical domain knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Windchill 13 preferred.
- Knowledge of BOM Views, MPMLink, Variant Configuration, Options and Variants highly desirable.

Title and Summary
Manager, Product Management Job Overview: Develops product strategies and roadmaps to execute to ensure maximum penetration of market segments. Manages and maintains existing product lines on an on-going basis, including partner management. Conducts opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts. Provides design specifications for product enhancements to Product Development. Defines business and technical requirements, and manages the relationships of technical resources and the Global Technology Organization to maintain and build out platforms. Major Accountabilities: • Monitor product performance, provide feedback, define or approve/disapprove change control processes, and manage vendor relationships • Coordinate with customer teams, customers and third parties to develop product strategies and possible enhancements of existing product offerings • Develop and implement programs and initiatives using the Go-To-Market process to increase card issuance in both established and emerging markets • Engage in idea generation, concept validation, business case development, and in some instances financial modeling and planning • Execute business plans which promote the value and profitability of MasterCard acceptance • Enhance the development and design of product-marketing strategy from product decision through product life cycle • Coordinate the execution of advertising, promotional, and sales programs to meet objectives Education: • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience Knowledge / Experience: • 5-8 years prior related work experience with at least two years of management experience desirable • Extensive experience in new product development • Must have strong business/market/financial analysis and project management skills Skills/ Abilities: • Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners • Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and MasterCard • Self motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team Work Conditions: • Some travel required • General office environmentCorporate Security Responsibility

What you will doWe're seeking a curious, challenge-driven individual passionate about technology to join our innovation team as a Junior Low/No Code Developer! You'll participate in strategic projects focused on automation, prototyping, and process improvement using the best visual development platforms available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and deploy solutions using low/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Bubble, OutSystems, Zapier, Maker, N8N, among others). • Collaborate on the conception and implementation of prototypes and MVPs to validate innovative ideas. • Utilize Python as needed for system integration, process automation, or customizations beyond standard low/no-code platform capabilities. • Consume and integrate data via RESTful APIs (authentication, processing, and data manipulation). • Map processes and transform business needs into rapid, scalable digital solutions. • Work closely with multidisciplinary squads (product, design, business, technology). • Document developed solutions.
What you should bringGenuine interest in learning and developing within the low/no-code ecosystem. • Ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
• Adaptability to change. • Practical knowledge of Python (integration, automation, or simple scripts).
• Ability to consume and manipulate data through REST APIs (requests, authentication, response handling).
• Understanding of programming logic and databases (formal experience not required).
• Clear communication, strong teamwork skills, creativity, and analytical thinking.
• Desirable: prior experience with a low/no-code tool (even in personal or academic projects).
Nice-to-Haves:
• Certifications in low/no-code platforms.
• Experience in innovation projects, hackathons, or startups.
• Experience with innovation, design thinking, or agile methodologies.
• English or Spanish language proficiency.
