The Cash Account team, part of PPRO’s Cash Flow domain, builds technologies that simplify and standardize cash movement through our banking network, offering new values as customers grow, while strengthening relationships with bank partners. We aim to unify the customer journey across regions by absorbing complexity and providing standardized services and reporting.
What You Will Be Doing- Define and Lead Strategy: Develop and communicate clear product statements and requirements for cash account aligned with PPRO’s business goals. Own and evolve the cash account product portfolio, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and a strong value proposition for customers.
- Innovate and Build Market-Leading Products: Design and develop innovative cash account solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Improve automation and accuracy, reducing manual operations for customers.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Own a multi-quarter roadmap, breaking down complex initiatives into shippable features aligned with business priorities. Define and track key product metrics to continuously improve banking performance and customer satisfaction. Work closely with engineering to ensure feasibility and timely execution.
- Enhance Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with Treasury, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure seamless cash account processes. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, gathering insights and ensuring alignment.
- Build and Foster a High-Performing Team: Collaborate with engineering and domain leadership to accelerate product innovation. Champion a customer-centric mindset within the team, driving impactful solutions.
- A scalable and efficient cash account platform that simplifies cost transparency and banking onboarding for customers.
- Reduced manual treasury operations through automation, leading to improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong alignment between product, engineering, and key stakeholders to accelerate development and innovation.
- A high-performing, customer-focused team that delivers consistent results.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
- Strong ability to define and execute product strategy, balancing long-term mission with immediate business needs.

- Experience in payments, banking, or financial technology, with a deep understanding of banking models and operations.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams.
- Expertise in leveraging data insights to optimize product performance.
- Ability to create and track product metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ability to influence and inspire teams, drive collaboration, and generate buy-in for product initiatives.
- Proven track record of working closely with engineering, finance, and operational teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Deep technical knowledge with experience working across multiple engineering teams.
- Prior experience in banking, treasury operations, pricing models, or payout systems.
- Strong analytical skills to size opportunities and measure product impact effectively.
- Hybrid working: hybrid structure with a 3 days/week on-site expectation, plus a 30-day holiday allowance and a work-from-abroad policy enabling remote work up to 30 additional days per year.
