O time de CRM é responsável pela diagramação e validação de e-mails responsivos em HTML, configurar disparos em ferramentas de automação de marketing, definir e criar segmentações para envios, além de participar do processo de planejamento estratégico para clientes, criando e fazendo a manutenção de réguas de e-mail. Tudo isso acompanhado da análise de resultados e KPI's, para apresentação de resultados e sugestões de melhorias nos diversos processos relacionados à área através de relatórios.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

É esperado que o perfil trabalhe dentro de um squad multidisciplinar (com suporte de liderança interna de CRM) em contato direto com o cliente, sendo responsável por implementar a estratégia de comunicação de CRM proposta pelo cliente na plataforma de CRM Insider.

Esta implementação compreenderá:

  • Operação da plataforma de CRM Insider utilizando os canais de Email, Push, SMS e Whatsapp;
  • Criação e ajustes de templates de email responsivos em HTML;
  • Criação e manutenção de segmentações para envio, com base nos dados existentes na plataforma de CRM;
  • Criação e agendamento de disparos pontuais de Email, Push, SMS e Whatsapp;
  • Criação e manutenção de réguas / jornadas / fluxos automáticos de comunicação com Email, Push, SMS e Whatsapp;
  • Mensuração de resultados das campanhas, análise de KPIs como taxas de entrega, abertura, cliques e conversão, dentre outras. Capacidade de tirar insights destes resultados para propor melhorias e otimização na operação em andamento;
  • Suporte estratégico junto ao cliente, para identificar pontos que podem ser ajustados e melhorados na estratégia proposta.

Ferramentas e metodologias a serem utilizadas no seu dia a dia:

  • Plataformas de automação de marketing e CRM, tais como Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, entre outras;
  • Ferramentas do Google como Sheets, Slides e Docs;
  • Ferramentas de comunicação interna como Slack e Google Chat;
  • Metodologias ágeis.

O que poderá ser aprendido e/ou desenvolvido:

  • Estratégias de CRM e personalização de comunicação com os clientes;
  • Gestão de campanhas de marketing digital e contato com outras áreas correlacionadas;
  • Especialização técnica na plataforma do projeto no qual for alocado.

Requisitos e qualificações

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com operação de plataformas de CRM/Email marketing, tais como Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, entre outras;
  • Experiência e proficiência em HTML para e-mails;
  • Conhecimento em Google Analytics;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas do Google (Sheets, Apresentações e Docs);
  • Experiência em análise de resultados das campanhas de CRM: Saber analisar KPIs operacionais como taxas de entrega, abertura e cliques, bem como resultados financeiros como taxa de conversão e atingimento de metas;
  • Experiência com campanhas de Inbound e réguas de comunicação (fluxos automáticos de email, SMS, Push, Whatsapp);
  • Independência e autonomia para trabalhar em squads multidisciplinares;
  • Conhecimento em alguma linguagem de programação.

Diferenciais:

  • Inglês fluente ou avançado (ser capaz de ler, escrever, falar e escutar);
  • Experiência em plataforma de CRM Insider;
  • Experiência em estratégias de Whatsapp;
  • Certificações em plataformas de CRM;
  • Conhecimento e proficiência em SQL.

Overview

Join the Pioneer Crypto Brand in the Philippines! Coins is the most established crypto brand in The Philippines and has gained the trust of more than 18 million users. Through the easy-to-use mobile app, users can buy and sell a variety of different cryptocurrencies and access a wide range of financial services. Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

We are seeking a proactive CRM Specialist to join our marketing team remotely on a temporary 3-month contract, with the potential to extend up to 1 year. The successful candidate will manage and optimize customer engagement strategies, oversee the customer journey, ensure data-driven decision-making, and provide regular reports and insights to the Head of Marketing in Brazil.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer journeys, including onboarding, retention, and reactivation
  • Execute email, push, and SMS campaigns accurately and on time
  • Maintain data quality and segmentation for targeted campaigns
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators such as open rates, CTR, conversions, churn, and LTV
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing in Brazil
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams across time zones
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance
Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadConnector and/or Homio
  • Experience in crypto products, exchanges, blockchain protocols, or digital assets
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Able to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Willing to go beyond basic responsibilities
  • Flexible to work across global time zones, including collaboration with Asia
