  • Planejar e executar estratégias de CRM que conectam a marca ao cliente de forma personalizada e eficiente
  • Criar campanhas de relacionamento e fidelização que surpreendem e encantam
  • Estruturar e liderar o funil de relacionamento: jornada do cliente, segmentação, nutrição e retenção
  • Desenvolver fluxos de automação e nutrição de leads com foco em conversão, retenção e resultados reais
  • Criar, monitorar e otimizar campanhas de e-mail marketing, sempre testando hipóteses (A/B)
  • Garantir que o banco de dados de clientes e leads esteja impecável, organizado e pronto pra gerar insights valiosos
  • Identificar oportunidades de upsell, cross-sell, reengajar clientes inativos e reduzir churn
  • Medir tudo: taxas de abertura, cliques, conversão, LTV, churn… você vai acompanhar os números que importam
  • Integrar o CRM com outras plataformas (WhatsApp, RD Station, redes sociais, etc.) para orquestrar uma comunicação multicanal eficaz
  • Trabalhar de modo colaborativo com Marketing, Comercial e Tráfego para garantir que a mensagem chegue certa, na hora certa
Requisitos
  • Formação em Marketing, Administração, TI ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência consolidada com CRM, campanhas de marketing, análise de dados e jornada do cliente
  • Perfil analítico, movido por resultados, curioso para entender o “porquê” por trás dos números
  • Comunicação clara, boa articulação e disposição para trabalhar em equipe
  • Domínio de ferramentas como RD Station, Power BI, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business, automação etc.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead communication and content strategies to enhance the user experience across all stages of the player lifecycle.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns — from campaign format and delivery methods to platform selection — with a focus on profitability and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and manage customer segmentation, lifecycle strategies, and retention plans to reduce churn and foster long-term loyalty.
