With direct support from experienced CRM specialists and collaboration across marketing, content, and product teams, this position offers an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities- Lead communication and content strategies to enhance the user experience across all stages of the player lifecycle.
- Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns — from campaign format and delivery methods to platform selection — with a focus on profitability and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and manage customer segmentation, lifecycle strategies, and retention plans to reduce churn and foster long-term loyalty.
- Create targeted promotional clusters based on user behavior, preferences, and engagement trends.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to align offers with player needs and determine optimal timing and communication channels.
- Research, curate, and deliver relevant content to resonate with the player base.
- Monitor and assess the performance of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, onsite, WhatsApp), delivering structured weekly and monthly KPI reports.
- Apply best practices from the CRM industry, demonstrate critical thinking, and maintain a data-driven, results-oriented approach to every project.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in retention marketing and CRM campaign execution.
- Strong team collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of customer-centric communication strategies.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

The CRM Analyst will play a critical role in boosting our conversion rates by enhancing direct communication strategies with our database. This position is responsible for designing and executing targeted, data-driven campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and drive business growth.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing and WhatsApp journeys and campaigns using the Salesforce stack, aligned with various existing touchpoints, while leveraging expertise in operationalizing and optimizing AI platforms to enhance campaign performance and personalization.
- Design and execute promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns.
- Segment database based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement data to deliver targeted messaging.
- Create and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant communication with our audience.
- Design and implement personalized campaigns that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Craft compelling subject lines, copy, and calls to action (CTAs) to drive engagement and conversions.
- Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, events generating conversions, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email design, copy, and imagery to continuously improve results.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving email marketing strategy and content based on performance data.
- Detailed insider knowledge of the market
- B2C marketing experience and working for a fast-paced growth company, preferably international and in a service-oriented sector. Experience in Tourism/Educational sector is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, hospitality industry or a related discipline.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
- Ability to work under pressure,multi-task, and possess outstanding organization skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills, so as to be able to deal with a variety of stakeholders.
