Job Summary
As a Product Analyst , you will join the Product Management team and help support the delivery of technology solutions that improve the mortgage loan process. In this entry-level role, you will participate in team activities, gather basic requirements, document user stories under guidance, and execute assigned tasks within an Agile framework.
Responsibilities
- Participates in organizational analysis to identify current capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement
- Gathers business requirements that effect technology systems, and engage with technology partners to develop solution through technology change process
- Writes and communicates requirements and user stories following standardized Agile framework
- Works effectively inside a Scrum or Kanban team
- Document acceptance criteria for user stories with guidance
- Collaborates with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done
- Manages stakeholders and teams of people across functional areas to implement a project
- Coordinates risk assessment and uses risk assessment output to help mitigate risks to project
- Participates in backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning
- Execute on test script developed in design and implementation phases
- Relevant experience (including internships or coursework related to business analysis, product management, or Agile methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Highly proficient in the G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
- Must be a team player with a strong desire to learn and contribute, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks
- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management

The Client Partner for Meta's team is a strategic and enthusiastic sales and business development consultant that leads the company's relationship with our advertisers. Client Partners are solution-drivers who put our customers at the core of everything we do. This team transforms the way businesses operate through digital. This is an outstanding opportunity to be an industry and business expert, build and manage key relationships to drive long term digital transformation plans while translating into mid and short term achievements. Given our disruptive business model, the Client Partner will be consistently challenged by different business needs their clients have, working in a constantly changing environment, dealing with ambiguity, and demonstrating problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience and measurable success in a sales environment as well as experience in digital transformation projects. This professional will lead some of our largest opportunities in the Financial Services book of clients, with a consultative approach and strategic vision. This is s Short Term Employment (STE) of 9 months.
**Required Skills:**
Client Partner, Financial Services & Payments (STE) Responsibilities:
1. Act as a business consultant to portfolio of clients supporting their growth strategy with the use of Meta products and solutions
2. Become industry expert and point of reference internally and externally
3. Identify and leverage trends and new opportunities within industry of expertise/focus to influence investment in Meta family of Apps
4. Bring the acquisition strategy to life by driving rapid growth amongst the identified clients / categories
5. Drive business growth for clients via actionable insights with a deep understanding of data and analytics
6. Set digital transformation mid-term plans for the industry
7. Partner with different levels of the organization internally and externally, from C-level to operational to influence the course of actions
8. Build and nurture relationships with top marketing decision makers at the largest companies and agencies in the market
9. Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize and scale industry efforts
10. Develop sales operational excellence and flawless rhythm of business
11. Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta apps to marketers in various verticals and the impact of these proposals over the client's business
12. Play the lead role in providing impactful recommendations to clients in short, mid and long term strategies

16. Ability to define and deeply understand key business/ industry metrics and KPIs and proven record of making data driven business decisions

About the Role
We are looking for a Data Engineer with proven experience in financial environments, particularly in Global & Capital Markets of a Financial Institution. This professional will contribute to the design and implementation of scalable data solutions that support key business areas such as management control, financial result analysis (P&L), accounting reconciliation, and regulatory reporting. The role offers opportunities to deepen expertise in cloud platforms, data architecture, and advanced analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data transformation and analytics workflows to support financial operations, reporting, and performance management.
- Work with structured and unstructured data from Treasury tools such as Calypso, Murex, and market sources, ensuring data integrity and availability across domains like Markets, Operations, Accounting, and Risk.
- Implement and optimize orchestrated workflows using tools such as Airflow, dbt, Control-M, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to data architecture initiatives including data lakes, data mesh, and cloud-based platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Support PMO and data productisation efforts for advanced analytics teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar quantitative/technical field.
- Strong experience with Databricks, Python, SQL and Spark.
- Deep understanding of financial products and valuation methodologies commonly used in Corporate and Investment Banking.
- Familiarity with data from trading and risk platforms (e.g., Calypso, Murex) and source systems within financial institutions.
- Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, Control-M) and version control/integration tools (Git, CI/CD).
- Experience in Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets in regulated environments.
- Advanced English
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in cloud computing platforms such as Azure, GCP, AWS.
- Exposure to data governance and observability frameworks (data lineage, data cataloguing, metadata management).
