  • Liderar a implementação e customização avançada de soluções no Sales Cloud, garantindo a aderência aos requisitos de negócio e melhores práticas de desenvolvimento Salesforce;
  • Desenvolver soluções complexas utilizando Apex, Componentes Aura Javascript, Lightning Web Components (LWC) e outras ferramentas de desenvolvimento Salesforce, com foco em otimizar a performance e a escalabilidade do Sales Cloud;

  • Experiência comprovada como Desenvolvedor(a) Salesforce Sênior, com foco principal e profundo em Sales Cloud;
  • Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento Salesforce utilizando Apex, Componentes Aura Javascript e, principalmente, Lightning Web Components (LWC);
  • Profundo conhecimento da arquitetura do Sales Cloud, seus objetos padrão, funcionalidades e capacidades de customização;

Salesforce Analyst – Sales & Marketing Cloud
is a hands-on role responsible for bridging business needs with technical delivery.

  • Design and manage lead nurturing and re-engagement journeys, including audience segmentation, behavior-based triggers, and reactivation of dormant leads.

  • Document requirements, write user stories, and maintain functional documentation.
  • Prepare and execute test cases; support UAT and validate solutions before deployment.

Handle all basic administrative functions including object creation, workflows, assignment rules and other routine tasks.

Assess the impact of new requirements on the GTNA Salesforce org, along with all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.

Implement and maintain solutions for both Customer and Partner Communities

What you will do:

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the solution definition, configuration and maintenance of newand existing solutions enabled within the Group Truck NA (GTNA) Salesforce org, using Sales and ExperienceCloud to build the ideal user experience.

You will work in an environment focused on inclusion, value creationand innovation with our internal network of employees and partners within Digital & IT, Regions, Dealers andCustomer. As a part of which you will develop stronger working relationships with our cross-functionalchapters and teams impacting the digital experience within Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks North America.

The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with all members of the GTNA Salesforce team and interfacewith users and stakeholders to develop and enhance solutions based on user feedback and architecturalrequirements. As a part of a team centric environment with a culture of innovation that seeks input and ideasto become part of the solution, this presents the opportunity to influence the way of working and drivecontinuous improvement within the enabled solutions. The Salesforce Administrator will also have the chanceto interact with members of the global Volvo Group Salesforce ecosystem and be expected to assist inmentoring other Salesforce resources on configuration, testing, delivery & training best practices.
