Working as part of the Salesforce Centre for Excellence, this role will help deliver the technology elements for feature upgrades, core platform integrations and delivery best practices on the global Salesforce platform. You will be part of a team responsible for the overall development and delivery of Salesforce upgrades/projects.

The broader accountabilities of the role will include managing and guiding the wider development team to create a high performance and best in class platform. You will be expected to implement new ways of working to support the extensive digital transformation projects and ensure operational efficiency throughout the development team.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop the internal global Pardot(Account Engagement) instance as an enterprise solution.
  • Work alongside Salesforce development team to create a seamless journey from Pardot Lead Generation through to Salesforce Opportunity Management (Lead-to-Opportunity).
  • Provide extensive custom development of the Pardot platform.
  • Configure and implement multiple Pardot Business-Units to support the dentsu global brand and local marketing teams.
  • Work alongside campaign/marketing managers to tailor Pardot for high-class lead generation.
  • Ensure the integration from Pardot Salesforce is maintained and upgraded as needed.
  • Manage all 3rd party platforms within Pardot (GA, G360 etc).
  • Contribute know-how of advanced system administration and configuration (Objects, Reports, Dashboards, Approval Processes, Workflow Rules, Security and Permissions).
  • Implement best practices and utilize them to train and mentor other developers and team members.
  • Bring expertise in estimating and prioritizing workload adequately for themselves and team members.
  • Responsible for the effective execution and ongoing support of Pardot projects and initiatives.
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve the platform through Pardot best practice and ongoing feature upgrades.
  • Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security.
  • Understand Salesforce development methods.
  • Provide assistance to testers and support other teams in troubleshooting system issues.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of Pardot development experience.
  • Proven track record of developing a high class Pardot instance.
  • Salesforce.com Administrator certification is essential.
  • Salesforce.com Pardot certificates are essential.
  • Experience within a large, global organisation would be advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications.
  • Ability to work on own or part of a team.
  • High energy and passion for the job with a can-do attitude.
  • Must be a self-starter and willing to get stuck in.
  • Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness.
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments.

  • As a member of our growing team, many of the Salesforce Administrator, duties include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Sandbox environment management

  • Correct errors and debug logs for any issues
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  • Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules, etc.

About The Opportunity

Homeward is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join the team responsible for the design, implementation, and success of our Salesforce ecosphere. This individual will be responsible for owning support issues on a day-to-day basis, developing runbooks, and contributing to new strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in ownership of their projects, can effectively diagnose issues, develop solutions quickly, and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Join our Salesforce Systems Team and have an immediate impact on the company and the implementation of our Salesforce instance
  • Work directly with our Product and Engineering Team, members of our Sales & Operations teams, as well as the organization as a whole, to improve the process of buying and selling homes

  • Credentials

+ **About the Role:** We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who is fluent in English to support our global Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), Service Cloud. This role will work closely with stakeholders in Latin America and other regions, ensuring localized support and driving adoption across language barriers.
+ **Key Responsibilities:**
+ All duties outlined in Role 1.
+ Provide user support and training in both Spanish and English.
+ Collaborate with regional stakeholders across LATAM to align Salesforce processes with local business needs.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience with Flows, Automation, Multiple Currencies, Approval Processes, Reporting, Dashboards.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Spanish language fluency a huge plus.
- Experience in multinational or multilingual Salesforce environments.
- Some Apex familiarity, Platform builder, SOQL.

What Does This Training Cover?

Our program is designed for individuals who wish to become Salesforce Administrators. A Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce Core platforms, ensuring that companies can provide more personalized and automated experiences for their customers. A Salesforce Administrator can work with B2B (business to business) commerce, D2C (direct to customer) commerce, or Salesforce Order Management solutions.

What Will You Learn in This Training?

Participants will gain a foundational understanding of:

  • Data and User Management
  • Automation & Customization
  • Reports & Dashboards

They will also spend one week focusing on essential soft skills expected of professionals in the field.

Salesforce Administrator Business Analyst


Sua responsabilidades no nosso time serão:


· Consultoria aos usuários finais por meio da identificação, investigação e solução de problemas de processos e requisitos de dados, conforme as prioridades acordadas.


· Geração de histórias de usuários e casos de teste para melhorias de negócios obtidas por meio de descoberta.


· Garantir a implementação adequada das soluções Salesforce para atender aos requisitos de negócios, impulsionando a padronização, explorando funcionalidades prontas para uso e reduzindo a complexidade.


· Colaboração com outras equipes de Aplicativos e Infraestrutura para implementar processos padrão.


· Design, desenvolvimento, testes e implantação de aprimoramentos declarativos do Salesforce.


· Trabalhar com gerentes de projeto e usuários finais para revisar requisitos e gerar especificações funcionais na forma de histórias de usuário do Azure.


· Desenvolver planos de teste com base nas especificações de negócios e executar casos de teste manuais na configuração de origem para validar se as soluções atendem aos requisitos antes do lançamento para testes de aceitação.


· Pesquisar, diagnosticar, solucionar problemas e identificar soluções para erros de aplicativos.


· Apoiar a avaliação de três novos lançamentos anuais do Salesforce para determinar os requisitos funcionais e fornecer informações detalhadas sobre como as alterações serão aplicadas a todos os usuários finais afetados.


· Responsável por tarefas administrativas básicas e avançadas para dar suporte a aplicativos de negócios, conforme as habilidades e/ou demandas individuais.


· Manutenção de usuários (criação de novos usuários, ajustes, etc.).


· Personalizações básicas da plataforma (campos, layouts de página, etc.)


· Automação de processos via Salesforce Flows.


· Gerenciar padrões, permissões, compartilhamento e hierarquia de funções em toda a organização.


· Trabalhar com usuários finais e outras funções de TI para garantir a integração do Salesforce com outros modelos de aplicativos, como SAP ERP e DWC.


· Colaborar com outros desenvolvedores e arquitetos de aplicativos para projetar novas funcionalidades.


· Fornecer suporte de primeira linha para escalonamento de tickets de Help Desk de usuários finais.


Requisitos:

· Idioma - Inglês fluente


Desejável:

· Experiência técnica com Salesforce CRM/Sales Cloud/Core Platform


· Experiência em análise de negócios e sistemas e design de aplicativos


· Experiência em configuração, personalização, acesso de segurança, validação de dados,gerenciamento de duplicatas, fluxos de processos, importação/exportação de dados usando o Data Loader ou qualquer ferramenta equivalente.


· Experiência com Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B será considerada um diferencial.


· Sólido conhecimento de arquiteturas de aplicativos web, complementado com as mais recentes

arquiteturas e abordagens de desenvolvimento mobile corporativo.


· Bom conhecimento de integração corporativa, manutenção de APIs e escalabilidade.


· Certificação de Administrador Salesforce necessária (incluindo manutenção atual).


· Proficiência comprovada na interpretação da lógica de negócios nos recursos declarativos do Salesforce, incluindo fluxos e regras de validação.


· Experiência em ciclo de vida completo de projetos e ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento de software.
