Role Overview
We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and energetic Amazon Account Manager to oversee and optimize our Amazon Seller Central operations. This remote position is open to overseas candidates, but you must be fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Amazon Seller Central tasks: account emails, buyer messages, suppressed listings, tickets, and account health.
- Track sales, returns, and profitability; prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports using advanced Excel formulas (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Monitor competitor pricing, Buy Box performance, PPC spend, and customer feedback.
- Investigate issues independently, provide solutions, and take ownership until resolved.
- Collaborate with local team members via full-time video presence during work hours .

We're seeking a curious and competitive journalist to cover the Amazon rainforest and its influence on the global climate as a reporter based in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo or Brasília), Brazil. This is a temporary grant-funded position lasting through October 2026.
Responsibilities:
As part of the Climate and Environment team, this newsperson will cover many topics related to the Amazon, including but not limited to legal and illegal mining forest cutting, logging, fishing and raising of cattle, wildfires, changes in carbon dioxide emissions from deforestation, Indigenous peoples and others who live in the Amazon, government policies and enforcement, nongovernmental organizations and endemic species and habitats. The successful candidate will have the ability and willingness to work any shift, including at night and on weekends, or as coverage demands, as AP is a 24/7 operation.
We're Looking For Someone Who Will
- work among a team of reporters and editors in the U.S. and around the world to deliver spot news and enterprise coverage related to myriad happenings in the Amazon.
- have a demonstrated history of successful beat reporting, strong source development, storytelling on deadline and the production of explanatory stories that are illuminating and entertaining.
- have the ability to both tell stories via phone reporting and willingness to travel to various locations in the Amazon.
