O profissional será responsável pela, manutenções preventivas e corretivas, além de suporte técnico em monitores, painéis de LED, tablets, players, e infraestrutura de rede.

Responsabilidades
Manutenção Preventiva:
- Executar verificações de rotina conforme documentação técnica, assegurando o funcionamento ideal dos equipamentos de mídia digital.
Manutenção Corretiva:
- Identificar, diagnosticar e reparar falhas de hardware e software de nível 1, garantindo rápida resolução e mínima interrupção no conteúdo exibido.
Manuseio e Instalação de Equipamentos:
Realizar instalação, substituição e movimentação de monitores, players, painéis LED, cabos e componentes relacionados, seguindo os padrões técnicos e estéticos exigidos pelo cliente.
Suporte Técnico e Conectividade:
- Verificar a conectividade dos dispositivos, corrigir falhas de rede e garantir o correto funcionamento do sistema de transmissão de conteúdo DOOH.
Acompanhamento de Instalações:
- Apoiar as equipes de instalação em lojas classificadas como Premium, assegurando a conformidade técnica, visual e operacional do projeto.
Melhoria Contínua:
- Observar e relatar oportunidades de otimização técnica e processual, utilizando ferramentas corporativas (bases de conhecimento, sistemas internos, relatórios) para contribuir com a evolução contínua das operações.
Agilidade e Eficiência:
- Executar as atividades com alto nível de organização, priorizando agilidade sem comprometer a qualidade, respeitando o fluxo intenso das lojas e garantindo mínima interferência na operação.
Qualificações Necessárias
- Ensino superior completo em TI, Mecatrônica, Eletrônica ou correlatas.
- Sólida experiência como Field Service voltado para manutenção em informática, eletrônica ou Digital Signage.
- Moto própria e disponibilidade para deslocamentos diários entre unidades.
- Senso de urgência, comprometimento e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe com autonomia.
Diferenciais Desejáveis
- Experiência com sistemas de Digital Signage e DOOH (players, controladores, plataformas CMS).
- Conhecimento em elétrica e infraestrutura de rede (cabeamento, conectores, patch panels).

1. Gestão e Entrega de Serviços
- Garantir a entrega consistente dos serviços de TI conforme os SLAs acordados.
- Supervisionar os processos de incidentes, problemas, mudanças e liberações.
- Monitorar o desempenho dos serviços e implementar melhorias contínuas.
2. Relacionamento com Stakeholders
- Atuar como ponto focal entre TI e as unidades de negócio.
- Comunicar desempenho dos serviços, problemas e melhorias aos stakeholders.
- Gerenciar expectativas e assegurar a satisfação dos clientes internos.
3. Gestão de Fornecedores e Contratos
- Gerenciar relacionamentos com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços.
- Assegurar conformidade com obrigações contratuais e SLAs.
- Avaliar desempenho de fornecedores e negociar contratos quando necessário.
4. Liderança e Coordenação de Equipes
- Liderar e coordenar equipes de entrega de serviços (internas e externas).
- Oferecer orientação, coaching e suporte aos membros da equipe.
- Promover uma cultura de melhoria contínua e responsabilidade.
5. Relatórios e Documentação
- Produzir relatórios regulares sobre desempenho de serviços, incidentes e tendências.
- Manter documentação precisa de processos, procedimentos e configurações.
- Apoiar atividades de auditoria e conformidade.
6. Melhoria Contínua
- Identificar oportunidades para melhorar a qualidade e eficiência dos serviços.
- Implementar melhores práticas e frameworks (ex: ITIL, COBIT).
- Promover automação e inovação na entrega de serviços.
7. Gestão de Riscos e Conformidade
- Garantir conformidade dos serviços de TI com requisitos regulatórios e de segurança.
- Gerenciar riscos relacionados à entrega de serviços e continuidade de negócios.
- Apoiar planos de recuperação de desastres e resposta a incidentes.
Requisitos:
- Formação superior em TI, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência comprovada em gestão de serviços de TI.
- Conhecimento em frameworks como ITIL, COBIT, ISO 2000.
- Habilidade de liderança e gestão de equipes.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Inglês avançado
