Our client is looking for a professional to take on the position of Business Partner Manager .
Below are the details about this opportunity:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR strategies align with company priorities.
- Talent Management: Lead initiatives on performance enhancement, succession planning, and employee development.
- Change Management: Support organizational change efforts through effective communication, leadership support, and employee engagement.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) in areas like Compensation, Talent, Diversity, and People Analytics to implement best practices and impact the business.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Expertise in at least one HR area (e.g., Compensation, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, or People Analytics) is a plus.
- Strong change management experience, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
- Experience working with international and commercial teams.
- Advanced consulting and coaching skills to influence senior leaders.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Experience in high-growth global organizations.
- Desirable knowledge in organizational design, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent attraction.
- Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory.

Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Atuar como coach para gestores e apoiar colaboradores em temas como gestão de desempenho, desenvolvimento de carreira, planos de sucessão e saúde emocional;
- Facilitar avaliações de desempenho junto às lideranças, promovendo o desenvolvimento de PDIs, planos de engajamento, sucessão e performance das equipes;
- Realizar reuniões de Workforce Planning com gestores, apresentando percepções e dados de People Analytics para apoiar decisões estratégicas de movimentação de talentos;
- Desenvolver e manter a precisão dos dados no dashboard de People Analytics, acompanhando indicadores e elaborando planos de ação para a liderança e seus clientes internos;
- Conduzir entrevistas de desligamento, utilizando insights para aprimorar processos, políticas organizacionais e o desenvolvimento de lideranças;
- Liderar projetos de treinamento e desenvolvimento de equipes, incluindo atividades de team building e treinamentos para líderes atuais e futuros;
- Garantir a execução das rotinas essenciais de gestão de pessoas, como reuniões 1:1, desenvolvimento de PDIs, avaliações de experiência e desempenho, além do feedback das pesquisas de engajamento com planos de ação claros;
- Colaborar com a área de Talent Acquisition para gerenciar talentos, identificando áreas e posições críticas e propondo ações para mitigar impactos ao negócio;
- Propor e liderar iniciativas e projetos voltados à inovação, incluindo o uso de inteligência artificial para automação, análise de dados e melhoria contínua nos processos de gestão de pessoas.
- Experiência sólida como HR Business Partner ou em uma função generalista de RH, com atuação preferencial em empresas de rápido crescimento e ambientes dinâmicos;
- Experiência sólida em acompanhamento e desenvolvimento de gestores em diferentes níveis hierárquicos, colaborando na criação de estratégias e no desdobramento de planos de ação alinhados às metas organizacionais;
- Vivência significativa em análise e monitoramento de indicadores de gestão de pessoas, com uma abordagem orientada a dados e People Analytics para influenciar tomadas de decisão e ações de melhoria;
- Conhecimento em uso de ferramentas de análise de dados e criação de dashboards (Excel avançado, Power BI, Looker ou similares), com habilidade para transformar dados em insights estratégicos para suporte aos gestores;
- Experiência desejável em gestão da mudança, gestão de riscos e participação em projetos de transformação organizacional, com foco em apoiar e facilitar adaptações estratégicas.

As our People Business Partner , you will be instrumental in leading people development and organizational planning for your client teams at YipitData. You will work closely with senior executives, people managers and their direct reports to support departments across the organization. We need someone who is able to both advise and own the build of team processes and structures that enable us to scale. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and implement programs and processes from scratch that will have a substantial impact on each person, and our company.
As Our People Business Partner You Will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to help run and improve key people processes including promotion, compensation, performance management, and learning & development.
- Assist in the creation of org structures that will scale, working with department heads, managers, and FP&A to identify needs, pain points, communication strategies, and succession plans.
- Strengthen the management bench on your teams by providing guidance, cross-functional perspectives and 360 feedback.
- Coach the employees of your teams on their development, career pathing, and ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Partner with Legal and People Operations teams in handling any complex employee relations issues and identify/implement resolutions or policies as needed

About The Role:
As our People Business Partner , you will be instrumental in leading people development and organizational planning for your client teams at YipitData. You will work closely with senior executives, people managers and their direct reports to support departments across the organization. This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit anywhere in Colombia or Brazil.
We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner who can navigate the complex situations that come with rapidly growing teams. We need someone who is able to both advise and own the build of team processes and structures that enable us to scale. As our strategic advisor you will care deeply about maintaining our strong culture and developing our people. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and implement programs and processes from scratch that will have a substantial impact on each person, and our company.
As Our People Business Partner You Will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to help run and improve key people processes including promotion, compensation, performance management, and learning & development.
- Assist in the creation of org structures that will scale, working with department heads, managers, and FP&A to identify needs, pain points, communication strategies, and succession plans.
- Strengthen the management bench on your teams by providing guidance, cross-functional perspectives and 360 feedback.
- Coach the employees of your teams on their development, career pathing, and ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Partner with Legal and People Operations teams in handling any complex employee relations issues and identify/implement resolutions or policies as needed
- Assure that YipitData’s culture, values, and engagement initiatives align with your work
- Identify and solve inefficiencies to scale the impact of our People Partner team
You Are Likely to Succeed If:
- You have 4+ years of experience in an HRBP, Generalist, or Employee Relations role at a fast-paced tech or SaaS company
- You’ve partnered directly with senior leaders (Director+), providing coaching and strategic guidance
- You have experience supporting global teams and navigating cross-cultural People practices
- You’ve led or supported performance and engagement cycles (e.g., reviews, surveys, stay interviews)
- You’re comfortable managing sensitive situations with discretion and sound judgment
- You communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams, and build trust at all levels
- You’re resourceful, proactive, and thrive in fast-changing environments
- You think big-picture while executing effectively on day-to-day priorities
- Conversational English level
- Bonus if you’ve supported Engineering, Product, or G&A teams
- Extra bonus if you’ve built career paths or development plans for technical or client-facing roles

Main responsibilities
Irá atuar no modelo de consultoria interna, sendo o canal entre a área de gente e áreas do negócio, através da análiseou condução de soluções, ações e projetos no âmbito de pessoas. Acompanhamento da Implantação e manutenção dos processos de todos os subsistemas de Gente da empresa em Curitiba e filial Londrina, visando criar uma cultura de gestão de pessoas alinhada a estratégia da empresa e desenvolvimento das lideranças.

Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Atuar como parceiro do negócio identificando oportunidades, desenhando e implementando soluções para alavancar os resultados da área Comercial
- Suporte nos subsistemas e ações de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional, Clima e Engajamento, Cultura e Avaliação de Desempenho dentro do contexto do Comercial;
- Facilitar e intermediar as demandas corporativas (eventos, projetos, períodos de avaliação de desempenho e movimentação de pessoal), garantindo as entregas, prioridades e customização das iniciativas;
- Realizar o processo de Atração e Seleção e admissão referente a uma parcela das vagas do Comercial;
- Atuar como guardião da governança corporativa dentro do Comercial, facilitando a evolução de maturidade dessa frente;
- Gestão dos indicadores de gente relacionados a área comercial, atuando de forma a endereçar as oportunidades diretamente ou facilitar via intermédio da Liderança;
- Diagnosticar e desenvolver Programas/soluções que permitam a evolução da Liderança do Comercial;
- Assegurar a realização do programa de integração, treinamento e acompanhamento aos novos colaboradores;
- Atuar para garantir o fluxo administrativo da área (auditoria Interna e Externa, gestão de documentos, etc);
Requirements and skills
- Graduação completa em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
- Desejável pós-graduação na área de Gente;
- Experiência anterior de pelo menos 3 anos como generalista/Business Partner
- Experiência como BP da área Comercial
