O Business Partner Sênior é responsável por alinhar as estratégias de People com os objetivos da Ubi, atuando como consultor estratégico para o Delivery Team e para os Ubiminders alocados em clientes. Este profissional atua como guardião da experiência do colaborador, conduzindo ações de clima, carreira, engajamento e bem-estar, com foco na retenção de talentos altamente qualificados.
Responsabilidades- Consultoria Estratégica : Atuar como parceiro próximo do Delivery Team e da liderança, garantindo alinhamento entre a estratégia de negócios, as necessidades dos clientes e a experiência dos Ubiminders.
- Clima e Cultura : Realizar pesquisas rápidas, check-ins e 1:1s com Ubiminders, interpretando sinais de satisfação, engajamento e riscos de clima, propondo ações preventivas.
- Carreira e Desenvolvimento : Conduzir rituais de acompanhamento de carreira e PDIs, apoiando Ubiminders no desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental, em parceria com PMs e clientes.
- Retenção Estratégica : Identificar riscos de desligamento ou desmotivação (burnout, desalinhamento, participação em processos seletivos externos) e elaborar planos de ação rápidos e eficazes junto ao Delivery Team.
- Bem-Estar e Engajamento : Promover iniciativas de pertencimento e bem-estar (kits, workshops, eventos, aniversários, ações culturais), reforçando a cultura da Ubi.
- Gestão de Mudanças : Apoiar Ubiminders em transições de cliente, mudança de projetos ou ajustes organizacionais, assegurando adaptação fluida e minimizando riscos de desengajamento.
- Análise de Dados : Utilizar indicadores de clima, turnover, engajamento e performance para gerar relatórios estratégicos e apoiar a tomada de decisão.
- Compliance e Boas Práticas : Garantir que todos os processos de People estejam alinhados às políticas internas, cultura da Ubi e boas práticas do mercado.
- Experiência : Mínimo de 5 anos atuando como HR Business Partner ou função equivalente, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia e ambientes ágeis.
- Educação : Bacharelado em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas relacionadas. Pós-graduação em Gestão de Pessoas, Coaching ou Desenvolvimento Organizacional é um diferencial.
- Idiomas : Inglês mínimo nível B2 para interações com clientes norte-americanos.
- Forte capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;

As an HR Business Partner supporting our Tech team, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR support to a critical talent population at Upstart. From front line manager coaching and talent development, to performance cycles and cultural initiatives, you will partner closely with the Lead HRBP and the Tech management team to uplevel performance and the employee experience at Upstart. You will also be a strategic HR Business Partner for our Auto GTM team, providing support to a key vertical team as they continue to scale.

Travel RequirementsTravel Requirements - As a digital first company, the majority of your work can be accomplished remotely. The majority of our employees can live and work anywhere in the U.S. but are encouraged to spend high quality time in-person collaborating via regular onsite sessions. The in-person sessions’ cadence varies depending on the team and role; most teams meet once or twice per quarter for 2-4 consecutive days at a time.
How you’ll make an impact- Coach and advisor: Advise and consult with managers and leaders as they continue to scale. From org design, to talent development, to rewards and recognition, and high performance culture, act as a trusted thought partner and coach.
- Manager support: Build relationships with managers to ensure their confidence and trust in the HR team; offer ideas and resources to help them thrive in their roles and careers at Upstart.
- Employee relations: Oversee and resolve employee relations issues of varying complexity by conducting thorough and objective investigations, interpreting and applying Upstart policy and making recommendations.
- Performance management: Partner with managers to identify high performers and help them grow with Upstart; and to work through low performance management to maintain our high performance bar.
- Project and program support: Support core HR programs, processes and initiatives such as performance management, compensation planning, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion.
- Solve problems: Be an adaptable problem solver, liaising between the People Ops team and the business to achieve the best outcomes for the organization. Provide thoughtful and appropriate counsel, striking a balance between long and short term business needs.
Minimum requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience in the tech industry (HRBP, HR generalist, employee relations)
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with Tech teams (Engineering, Product & UX Design, Machine Learning) and GTM teams in a geographically dispersed or digital first environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, complex interpersonal dynamics, and change management
- Exceptional judgment to recognize when escalations are needed
- High emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism
- Skilled in performance management best practices and employee relations matters

At Upstart, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The anticipated base salary for this position is expected to be within the below range. Your actual base pay will depend on your geographic location—with our “digital first” philosophy, Upstart uses compensation regions that vary depending on location. Individual pay is also determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What You'll DoHuntress is looking for a Sales Operations Business Partner to join our established Sales Operations Team. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders in our sales and marketing organizations to support our Internal IT & Security (IIS) Account Executive, Sales Development, and Account Management teams that sell direct to enterprises of all sizes. As our Sales Operations Business Partner, you will serve as the main point of contact within Sales Operations for these teams, playing a crucial role in helping our leaders scale their business through process development/refinement, reporting, data analysis, and forecasting.

Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to the Sales Leadership Team by understanding global business and operational needs specific to Internal IT, direct sales, VARs, and resellers. You will be responsible for consolidating insights and recommendations to influence strategic plans while ensuring alignment across all regions
- Act as a subject matter expert, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our sales process, CPQ quoting, rules of engagement, etc
- Execute on prioritized projects and initiatives for the global IIS sales leaders by identifying opportunities for high business impact, documenting business requirements and current state operational processes, validating and refining potential solutions through data analysis and stakeholder feedback, and delivering on the appropriate course of action
- Identify core areas of improvement for our IIS sales teams either via process or system enhancements
- Assist with CRM hygiene enforcement and coaching with sales managers and leaders

- Experience with sales process, funnel, forecasting, pipeline management, etc
- Preferred 2+ years of experience with Salesforce and SFDC reporting
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, HEX, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A desire to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and solve problems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines

Criar e implementar programas de desenvolvimento de carreira, treinamento e capacitação para os colaboradores. Promover uma cultura de feedback contínuo e reconhecimento, incentivando o desenvolvimento individual e em equipe. Implementar ações para promover o engajamento e a motivação dos colaboradores, considerando o ambiente remoto. Desenvolver e implementar um sistema de gestão de desempenho. Fornecer suporte aos líderes na gestão de desempenho de suas equipes, auxiliando na definição de metas e no desenvolvimento de planos de ação. Identificar e desenvolver talentos de alto potencial, preparando-os para assumir posições de liderança no futuro. Atuar como guardião da cultura da empresa, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho positivo, inclusivo e colaborativo. Implementar ações para fortalecer a comunicação interna e o senso de pertencimento dos colaboradores, mesmo em um ambiente remoto. Monitorar o clima organizacional e identificar oportunidades de melhoria, propondo ações para fortalecer a cultura da empresa. Requisitos Obrigatórios Para a Posição
Superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins.
Experiência sólida em gestão de pessoas em empresas do digital.
Conhecimento profundo das melhores práticas de gestão de pessoas e desenvolvimento organizacional.
