Director Product Manager (HR Product & Tech) Overview:
The HR Product & Technology team designs, develops, and implements technology that helps improve and engage the employee experience.

• D ves deep into the work of the team and identify short-and-medium-term risks to platform product development and segment adoption, while proposing solutions to address them

• D gests business customer requirements (user stories, use cases) and platform requirements for a platform feature set
• H s visibility into the design of the user experience using Workday Integrations
Determines release goals for the platform and prioritizes assigned features according to business and platform value, adjusting throughout implementation as needed
• C ntinuously monitors feature development at the feature level
• R views product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature set
• P epares launches and monitors platform performances, adoption, and operational health for feature sets
• I entifies issues that will keep the platform features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and communicates to leadership
• S pports and participates in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the feature

Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Product Management to join our Open Finance product management team. This role is a pivotal in Mastercard’s execution of its go-to-market strategy for its open finance solution in Brazil. The key aspect of this role are:
(1) Driving the overall GTM strategy for our Open Finance solutions and partnerships in Brazil
(2) dentify opportunities and localization requirements to bring selected global Open Finance services, capabilities and expertise into the Brazil market
(3) Identify Product GTM synergies with existing Mastercard Product & Services in Brazil

In the process, the individual will work closely with, and where appropriate influence/persuade:
• B azil Sales, BD and Product teams
• G obal Open Finance product and engineering teams
• L cal market partners
• M stercard’s distribution channels and partners as to craft and/or customize solutions to the needs of local customers and partners (financial institutions, fintechs, markeplaces and participants of the open finance ecosystem).
• Tec nology teams that will drive product localization, as well as Customer Delivery and Legal on setting up new relevant onboarding processes and contract minutes and partnership models needed.

The individual will be an expert on the relevant features, benefits, and the needs of current and future customers and will become a key member of the Mastercard Open Banking Global and Local Product team responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for the overall product portfolio.


In this role, you will:
• D fine and execute the product vision and strategy for partner-integrated offerings, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• C llaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless integration and go-to-market execution.
• T anslate customer needs into product requirements, leveraging partner capabilities to deliver differentiated value.

  • Background financeiro com experiência prática em controladoria ou custos.
