Basic Qualifications
- Graduação em áreas de Administração, Engenharia ou Ciências da Computação
- Experiência sólida com vendas ou desenvolvimento de negócios em tecnologia
- Habilidade para atender ou exceder as metas para o seu território
- Paixão por ajudar startups a desenvolver a mentalidade de empreendedor
- Habilidade para liderar reuniões e se comunicar com clientes em Inglês e Portugues (Brasil);

- Pós-graduação ou MBA

The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), which is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth. We work backwards from our customer's most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. We pride ourselves on thinking big, delivering exceptional results for our customers, and working across AWS as #OneTeam.
The WWSO team helps customers adopt our newest and most advantageous technologies. We are technology specialists. The WWSO Startup team is a team dedicated to helping Startups scale quickly and cost-effectively on AWS. We want Startups to grow better when they choose AWS and we make it easier by recommending the right technologies and then by helping customers get up and running quickly.
This position specifically is part of the WWSO Startup team, where you will be a Specialist Solution Architect that helps Startups adopt AWS' technologies with a focus on GenAI, among other AI / ML workloads. You will 1/Be the best storytellers and technologists, 2/Work with the most promising Startups, 3/Scale tech knowledge via products, programs, and the AWS Field, and 4/Gather critical Startup feedback to inform our product roadmaps.
Key job responsibilities
* Interact with startups at the CxO/VP level, as well as with developers and technical architects, to ease adoption, develop pipeline, secure lighthouse customers, drive top-line revenue, and explore strategic partnerships.
* Become a trusted advisor within startup founders through Technical Thought Leadership and demonstrate AWS values.
* Develop and deploy programs that leverage AWS Field Solution Architect teams, as well as technology and consulting partner channels.
* Collaborate with AWS Product and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, and release plan.
* Deliver technical speaking sessions and guided workshops to tech leaders and developers.
* Help to influence product roadmap by communicating the voice of startups internally.
* Guide and Support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts aligned to your domains. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population to help them understand how to integrate new AWS solutions into customer architectures.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years management of technical, customer facing resources
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, model development, common frameworks, workflow tools, and applied AI
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup background and experience at a VC or PE-backed firm in a Technical Executive capacity.
- Familiarity with open-source software used by Startups and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies common to Startups.
- Strong data-based storytelling skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with Startup executives and developers.
- Cloud expertise as demonstrated by one or more cloud certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Proficiency with design, deployment, and evaluation of LLM-powered agents and tools and orchestration approaches.
- Advanced degree highly preferred such as engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.

You have previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter speaks Portuguese and English.

You are fine working as a freelance contractor. Yes, no fixed salary, no benefits, no full-time employment for the moment. You take the risk as we do, and we all get paid based on the placements. We aim to be the #1 agency and marketplace for startups and scaleups, so we work with a few, but great freelance recruiters, based on a respectful and trustworthy relationship.
You have some extra time that you could invest in this, not just 15 minutes a day.
