Support internal and external audits and maintain technical documentation in SAP/Totvs.
Train internal teams (production, sales, lab) on product applications and technical topics.
Participate in global and local strategic initiatives, including capacity expansion projects.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in R&D, preferably in adhesives or flexible packaging.
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and projects.
Strong knowledge of product development processes and laboratory operations.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Requirements Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on technical or industrial management.
Experience working in a global manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance in chemical manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with customer-facing technical service.
Knowledge of CRQ and related industry certifications.

About the Role

As our Senior Research and Development (R+D) Manager you will lead and be responsible for managing our research and development programme relating to deployment of Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) as a carbon dioxide removal technique in Brazil, with a special focus on agronomic trials. You will design, manage and interpret data from experiments in order to effectively monitor agronomic parameters and as well as addressing fundamental research questions relating to ERW. You will be based in Brazil, with presence onsite at various locations within Brazil when necessary.

This role will oversee and manage team members and you will take ownership over experiments, driving forward our scientific strategy. You lead on our reporting on farmer co-benefits and impact metrics, providing robust scientific evidence to support the case for our wider impact. You will play a key role in managing and driving our science strategy and will be expected to maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Core working relationships

Reporting to the Head of Science and Research (Christina), you will support and work effectively with all members of the science and operations teams. You will manage and work closely with our Science and Impact Lead (Phil).

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of team members within our R+D programme
  • Overseeing and planing our R+D programme such as design of experiments and communication with external stakeholders
  • Generating, analysing, presenting and publishing data from experiments and deployments to wide-ranging and high-profile audiences
  • You will support operations to provide the robust scientific evidence for our farmer pitches and case studies
  • You drive research and the wider science team strategy
  • You manage communications and partnerships with leading researchers globally, with a specific focus on Brazil
  • You will work flexibility in Brazil, with travel to onsite experiments within Brazil and to visit partners (expectation & benefit)

Core Skills & Experience

  • You are an experienced senior scientist with a PhD (or equivalent experience) in Soil Science, Agronomy, Earth Science, Geochemistry, Biogeochemistry or related fields
  • You have, ideally, 5+ years experience in senior research or research related roles
  • You have extensive experience in research and development and experimental design, ideally with a focus on agronomy or a related field
  • You have a proven track record of previously successful research projects and publications in high quality journals
  • You have worked on successful research projects with a wide range of stakeholders and partners, e.g. from industry, government and academia.
  • You have knowledge of geology, geochemistry and weathering processes
  • You have knowledge of agronomy and agronomic trials
  • You are fluent in Portuguese
  • You have advanced English language skills
  • You are based in Brazil

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Development professional with a strong background in product development for high volume products, preferably consumer goods for home appliances.   • Contribute as a team member in the development of new home appliances with a focus on innovation, quality, performance, and user-centered design.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of product development experience, with 5+ years in cable assembly or connector-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
  • Experience with product development, testing, and compliance certification.
  • Proficiency in design for manufacturing and cost optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and in global, multidisciplinary teams.

Position Summary

Seeking a Senior R&D Product Development Scientist to lead complex research and development, technically focused projects from concept through commercialization. This role drives formulation development, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic innovation aligned to business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, a deep understanding of regulatory trends, and the ability to optimize products, processes, and costs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead Innovation: Drive new product development from concept to commercialization—turning bold ideas into beloved treats.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal & external Marketing, Sales, FSQA, Packaging, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to deliver seamless launches and business results.
  • Put Consumers First: Guide and utilize sensory testing and consumer research to ensure our confections meet expectations for flavor, texture, and delight—translating insights into breakthrough formulations.
  • Own the Process: Lead plant trials and scale-up with technical rigor, troubleshooting challenges and ensuring smooth start-ups.
  • Champion Quality & Efficiency: Improve formulas, processes, and workflows to elevate product quality, reduce costs, and boost operational efficiency.
  • Stay Ahead of Regulations: Monitor changing ingredient and labeling regulations, especially around colors and flavors, to ensure Just Born remains compliant and forward-thinking.
  • Inspire and Mentor: Coach team members, share technical expertise, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative R&D culture.

Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success

  • Education:
  • Required B.S. in Food Science or a related technical field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, etc.
  • M.S. Degree is a plus
  • Experience:
  • Required:6+ years in R&D in the Food, Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) space
  • Preferred experience with confectionery products, confection ingredient suppliers, or other similar food products.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ERP (SAP) (Bill of Materials), nutritional labeling software (Trustwell/Genesis)
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices within end-to-end product innovation from ideation through commercialization & scale-up within a full-scale manufacturing environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to impact cost-excellence through formulation and renovation projects
  • Proven project leadership and ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Strong technical foundation in formulation, equipment, and process scale-up
  • Excellent communicator—clear, concise, collaborative
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complexity and deliver results

Ansell is looking for a Marketing Specialist, to join our team in Argentina!

In this position you will play a vital role, because will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the country, NPD (New Product Development) launching and portfolio promotion across all distributors for Industrial and Medical GBU. This position will also create and oversee digital campaigns together with digital LAC team to support Ansell’s Sales Teams and Channel partner strategies.

What your role will be?

· Develop and execute Brand Introduction strategy in Argentina: Design, implement, and manage branding and marketing campaigns for Industrial and Medical to promote products. These efforts will focus on enhancing brand awareness and leads generation across traditional and digital marketing.

· Channel Management: Work closely with Distributor’s Marketing Departments to develop strategies to promote Ansell’s products enhancing brand awareness across digital and traditional marketing and expand Ansell’s e-commerce distributor efforts to provide end-user connection options.

· New Product Launches: Collaborate with PPM’s and sales teams to support NPD initiatives, ensuring introduction in the region.

· Suppliers Management: Partner with agencies and different suppliers to support local marketing initiatives.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Managers, Specialists and Global Teams on regional projects.

· Project Management: Manage day-to-day projects by coordinating with sales teams and/or external vendors to ensure timely execution of activities based on project plans
