We are searching for a highly motivated Account Executive, who thrives in a team environment and is a natural day-to-day doer. Our B2B suite of products has considerably grown in recent years, so we're looking for a highly focused account executive who can prospect, pitch, close and implement our solution to SMB companies. This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our incredible office in Sao Paulo 3 days/week. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire so.

What you'll do
  • Pitch, sell and negotiate the newest product in the U4B portfolio to diverse decision makers inside SMB companies in every industry.
  • Prospect new leads and opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Hit bi-annual and quarter targets (quota carrying role).
  • Construct, forecast, and run your sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop your sales skills: Probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment with customers.
  • Work with a unique multifunctional team inside one of our most important lines of business.
  • Contribute on building and developing a new U4B product launch in the region.
  • Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing etc.
  • Create documents like process playbooks, performance trackers etc. to help the team scale efficiently.
What you'll need
  • 2+ years of B2B experience, with at least 1 years in an Account Executive role or equivalent. SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of growing a customer base and exceeding revenue targets and company goals
  • Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously with high volume and under pressure typical of SMB sales
  • Proficiency in pipeline management, sales techniques, prioritization, and setting clear expectations
  • Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to refine sales strategies
  • To be driven and passionate about a fast-paced team environment, working with high pressure and high expectations
  • Resilience, adaptability, proactivity, taking care of ambiguity, and a can-do attitude
  • Creativity, organization and process-orientation to simultaneously handle hundreds of prospects

The Uber for Business (U4B) Analytics and Insights team supports the business by delivering data driven solutions that guide strategic decisions across sales, operations, and growth initiatives. We develop impactful dashboards, monitor key KPIs, and build machine learning models such as regression models to estimate Full Potential and share of wallet, that help scale insights and streamline decision making processes. As part of the team, the candidate would directly contribute to the business by applying advanced analytics, ML models, and AI to uncover deeper insights and enable scalable, tech-forward solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business and sales KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Develop, test, and maintain machine learning models (e.g., regression models) to estimate Full Potential and share of wallet.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Strategy, Operations) to translate business questions into analytical projects.
  • Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and scalability using SQL, Python, and cloud tools.
  • Analyze trends, identify growth opportunities, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
What You'll Need
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. BI Analyst, BI Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Engineer, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python: Hands-on experience in data manipulation, KPI tracking, and building scalable data workflows.
  • Experience developing machine learning models: Regression models used for business forecasting, share of wallet estimation, and opportunity sizing.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards and reports: Support cross-functional stakeholders with clear, actionable insights through Tableau
  • Experience deploying and operationalizing ML models: Including model monitoring, performance tuning, and integration into business workflows (e.g., via Flask, MLflow, or cloud services)
  • Advanced statistical knowledge: with expertise in techniques like multivariate regression, time series analysis, and A/B testing to drive data-backed strategy.
  • Strong business acumen: Ability to translate complex analytical findings into strategic recommendations, especially in sales performance and market share contexts.
  • Cloud platform experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure): Particularly working with data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake to scale data processing and model training.

About The Role

As an Associate Program Manager within the Delivery LatAm Customer Support team , you'll take ownership of strategic initiatives that aim to reduce customer defects and improve financial efficiency across our support ecosystem. You'll bridge the gap between data and execution - analyzing key friction points, prioritizing opportunities, and driving projects with measurable impact.

This role requires a strong balance of business thinking and analytical depth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, CommOps), lead root cause investigations, and ensure that insights translate into scalable, long-term improvements. If you're passionate about solving complex problems, influencing through data, and making a direct impact on customer outcomes, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the analysis and execution of initiatives to reduce Defect Rate (DR) across top issue categories in the region
  • Partner with CommOps, Product and Ops teams to implement scalable solutions with the focus on financial efficiency and operational impact
  • Translate analytical insights into executive-ready narratives that drive decision-making at the regional level
  • Connect the dots across datasets and teams to identify friction points and deliver improvements to the customer journey
  • Own and communicate project timelines, risks, and results to both regional and global stakeholders
  • Build and iterate prioritization frameworks and operational tools to support the team's decision-making

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in program/project management, strategy, or analytics
  • SQL capabilities and fluency in data-driven storytelling
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritize in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in support, marketplace operations, or customer experience
