This person will play a pivotal role in introducing and establishing Uber’s advertising platform in the Argentinean market. The role combines strategic planning, relationship-building, and hands-on execution to ensure the platform's successful launch, adoption, and growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Platform Advocacy: Be the primary advocate for Uber’s advertising platform, creating awareness and excitement among agencies, direct clients, and industry stakeholders.
- Market Entry Strategy: Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market strategy for Argentina, considering market trends, key industries, etc.
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with agencies, direct advertisers, and positioning Uber as a key advertising solution.
- Advertiser Education: Organize workshops, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients on platform capabilities, metrics, and opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Leverage market insights to create compelling sales propositions, unlock new revenue streams, and deliver consultative advertising solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients by maintaining consistent communication, gathering feedback, and refining strategies to ensure satisfaction and results.
- Performance Analysis: Use data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and provide actionable insights to advertisers.
- Local Expertise: Collaborate with internal teams to align the platform’s offerings with the needs and maturity of the Argentinean market, ensuring sustainable growth.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or digital advertising.
- Strongrelationships with key decision-makers across the advertising ecosystem in Argentina.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills, with a proven ability to educate and inspire diverse audiences.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, capable of using data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Resilient and adaptable, with a preference for building processes and solutions from the ground up in fast-paced environments.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
