Position Summary:
The position of the Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all linguistic projects.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Position responsibilities:
- Manage the entire life-cycle of multiple localization projects in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate all the project phases and efficiently predict the lifespan of all the stages of the project
- Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters
- Negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally
- Monitor and control projects status
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Comply with relevant and applicable procedures
- Perform quality checks at various stages of process to ensure quality and accuracy (proofreading, final eye…)
Essential skills and experience required:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset
- University Degree (Preferably a BBA - Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, International Business)
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in corporate environment
- Detail orientation with the ability to multitask
- Ability to meet deadlines

What your day will look like
The Ubuntu Pro Sales Engineer is a key player in our efforts to facilitate and drive the adoption of Ubuntu Pro in the very large Ubuntu enterprise user base.
- Collect customer business requirements and advise them on Ubuntu and relevant open source applications
- Identify customer challenges with open source and articulate how Ubuntu Pro could help solve them
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of Ubuntu Pro to prospective and current clients
- Liaise with product teams to give them feedback on requirements to influence roadmap
- Work collaboratively with your sales team to reach our common targets
- Global travel up to 25% of time for internal and external events and 25% to customer meetings
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path
- Confidence to respectfully speak up, exchange feedback, and share ideas without hesitation
- Track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results
- Demonstrated personal interest in continuous learning and development
- Practical knowledge of Linux, virtualisation, containers and networking
- Business-minded technology thinker and problem solver

Boeing Brazil is seeking Entry Level Propulsion Structural Analysis Engineer , reporting to the Propulsion Structures Engineering Manager, working out of the São José dos Campos office.
The Entry Level Propulsion Structural Analysis Engineer will join the Boeing Global Services and/or Boeing Commercial Aircraft Structures team and will develop and provide support for the primary and secondary structure of the 7-Series Boeing Fleet.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs limited structural analysis using well defined analysis tools to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications
Participates in various test activities substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied
Participate in structural substantiation activities, support hand-calculation tasks
Works under close supervision
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil.
- Must have a degree in Engineering.
- Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA).
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Some experience with Structures Engineering.
Some experience with structural analysis methods and tools (Hand-Calculation and Finite Element Analysis Method)

Position Summary:
The position of the Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all linguistic projects.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
- Setting: On-site , from our Itaim Bibi, Sao Paulo office
Position responsibilities:
- Manage the entire life-cycle of multiple localization projects in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate all the project phases and efficiently predict the lifespan of all the stages of the project
- Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters
- Negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally
- Monitor and control projects status
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Comply with relevant and applicable procedures
- Perform quality checks at various stages of process to ensure quality and accuracy (proofreading, final eye…)
Essential skills and experience required:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset
- University Degree (preferably in linguistic/translation related studies)
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in corporate environment
- Detail orientation with the ability to multitask
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in translation and localization project management would be a strong advantage
