Obrigatório:

Ensino superior completo em:  Administração Hospitalar, Gestão de Saúde, Hotelaria, Processos, Enfermagem ou áreas afins.

Supervisionar e coordenar as atividades de hotelaria operacionalizadas nas Clínicas Médicas. O supervisor deve garantir que todos desempenhem suas funções de maneira eficaz e em conformidade com os padrões estabelecidos. 

Realizar vistorias normativas e de infraestrutura periodicamente nas unidades de clínicas médicas seguindo um criterioso check list conforme cronograma previamente definido. 

Realizar abertura de chamados para todas as desconformidades identificadas com o devido monitoramento das ações corretivas. Garantir constante report a gestão quanto aos indicadores gerados. 

Interagir com todas as áreas parceiras que sejam necessárias para execução das ações corretivas das desconformidades observadas. 

Realizar treinamentos periódicos, incluindo atualizações dos procedimentos operacionais padronizados de higiene e boas práticas. 

Garantir que todas as áreas da clínica, incluindo salas de espera, banheiros, corredores e áreas de atendimento, estejam limpas, bem conservadas e em boas condições. Isso inclui supervisionar a equipe de limpeza, checar a reposição de materiais de higiene e garantir que os protocolos de limpeza estejam sendo seguidos. 

Zelar para que o ambiente seja acolhedor e adequado para os pacientes, com conforto térmico (ar-condicionado, aquecimento), iluminação, ventilação e mobiliário adequado. Isso contribui diretamente para uma experiência mais agradável. 

Garantir que o ambiente da clínica esteja em conformidade com as normas de segurança e saúde, como o controle de incêndios, saídas de emergência, e o correto armazenamento de materiais e produtos. 

Descrição:

• Supervisionar e gerir as atividades da equipe de vendas, orientando, controlando e acompanhando os vendedores e representantes comerciais, visando o desenvolvimento de uma equipe de alta performance e o cumprimento de metas estabelecidas pela empresa.
• Selecionar, treinar e desenvolver a equipe de vendas.
• Estudar os potenciais das regiões a serem abrangidas e determinar a subdivisão das mesmas.
• Realizar a gestão do relacionamento com o cliente através do acompanhamento das atividades da equipe.
• Estabelecer metas de trabalho, dividindo a meta global da região em metas individuais de acordo com o potencial da região e do profissional.
• Auxiliar a equipe de vendas a estabelecer o roteiro de visitas, as prioridades de atendimento, bem como definir as regiões onde for necessário um esforço adicional de vendas.
• Manter o registro sistemático e atualizado do desempenho da equipe de vendas, indicadores da área comercial, etc.
• Organizar a participação da empresa em feiras, eventos, patrocínios e outros que estejam previamente programados.

Residir em: Recife.

Requisitos: Necessário experiência na área comercial. Necessário experiência em gestão de equipe comercial. Desejável experiência no segmento de locação. Conhecimentos básicos em leitura de projetos, pacote Office, habilidade no atendimento ao cliente, negociação, boa comunicação e bom relacionamento interpessoal e liderança. Possuir CNH categoria B. Disponibilidade para viagens.
