Job Description:
- Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Work closely with HQ Project team to maintain and implement global standardized solutions and frameworks for IT services
- Translate business IT requirements into technical requirements precisely. Drive full-scale infrastructure project proposal with the technical team and HQ team to present to management
- Define resource allocation, project scope, roles and responsibilities and project timeline
- Drive project direction and actively monitor project status to ensure high quality of project delivery. Review and report to stakeholders regularly as a timely update
- Identify and address problems that arise with the project team. Decide alternatives/work-around in time to ensure project deliverables still meet expectations
- Ensure UAT/SIT acceptable from project personnels and report to stakeholders on project outcomes to conduct proper project closure and handover to operation phase
- Create and maintain records of project documentations
- Identify optimisation opportunities on solutions / processes / standard frameworks, etc, work with HQ team to propose and implement to support the idea of pursuing better IT experience
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree of IT or business discipline, or background in technology environment delivering solutions or projects
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Passionate in IT infrastructure domain
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external partners
- High quality and successful project delivery experience in IT infrastructure setup and solutions. Network and system setup project experience, coordination experience with multiple regions are added advantages
- Strong coordination and excellent project management skills, vendor management skills
- Good sense of problem locating, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Result oriented, outstanding sense of prioritization, and time management

Mission:

Attributions:
Managing the full project cycle: resources, schedule, quality standards, issues, risks and changes to ensure successful delivery, within budget and with the expected results;
Plan, implement and monitor the evolution of the project informing and directing appropriately to the other areas involved in each phase, stage or activity required throughout the execution of the clinical research project;
Ensure that all actions related to the clinical research project follow international, national and good clinical practice guidelines as required excellence in the execution, conduct and management of each project;
Create, maintain and share the planning and evolution spreadsheets of each stage of the clinical research project among all those involved in the development of the management activities of a project, including but not limited to: regulatory, import and export, laboratory, clinical operations, financial, legal among others necessary for the proper performance of the required activities;
Lead, motivate and mentor project team members to perform and achieve goals;
Plan the team's schedule according to the sponsor's objectives;
Develop and implement actions to engage key opinion leaders through visits, meetings, provision of information and communication to keep them motivated to work according to the protocols and/or research centers;
Identify new opportunities that represent regulatory solutions;
Recruitment of new research centers, meetings with KOL, 360o relationship, building timeline, approval of documents regarding ODC responsibilities in the execution of the study proposal;
Manage regulatory submissions with country experts, reviewing timelines for obtaining documentation and checklist for drug dossier and protocol submission;
Plan the feasibility of the clinical trial and coordinate its execution in order to achieve the KPIs;

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Required:

+ Ability to travel up to 20% (domestically and internationally)
+ Foundational understanding of sustainability concepts, carbon reduction initiatives, and leveraging data to support environmental goals within supply chain or logistics

+ Project Management Professional certification
