A senior HR business partner is responsible to provide support, consultations, and solutions to a complex and technical organization’s unit, or even the whole department. As a senior HR business partner, you are responsible to interpret the HR strategies, policies, guidelines, and programs for the HR specialty areas like employee rewards, compensations, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and other technical HR duties. A senior HR business partner is also accountable to serve as an employee acquisition and integration specialist for the whole human resources department throughout the globe of an organization.
**RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
- Provide guidance and mentorship for business executives and leaders to discuss the tactics to enhance employee productivity and retention, employee engagement, and relationships
- Serve as an accountable person; to whom all employees and business executives can easily reach out to matters and queries related to human resources
- Collaborate with the HR line managers and business executive leaders to interpret the HR processes, business objectives and goals, challenges, and the concerns
- Ensure that whether the integrated human resource strategies and policies align with the organizational needs and goals or not
- Serve as an HR acquisition and integration specialist to manage the human resource part for the strategical integrations and employee acquisitions
- Manage and look after the employee relation metrics, diagnose the issues, and eradicate the root cause of these challenges
- Identifies what are inappropriate and unsuitable interventions that might disrupt the business framework
- Contribute to providing suggestions and recommendations to eradicate the technical issues
- Assist the business executives and leaders in support of optimizing the company’s structure and framework
- Provides counseling, coaching, mentorship, and guidance for employees as well as the executives to target better performance
- Develops and researches HR strategies and policies to improve them and align them with the business needs
**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- More than 5 years working in HR.
- Have worked as HR generalist.
- Experience with Work Climate Survey Report.
- Experience with training and development, recruitment, inclusion and diversity strategies.
- Fluent/Advanced in English.
- Spanish is a plus.

Team OverviewWe're looking for a dedicatedEmployee Relations (ER) Manager to lead our ER function in Brazil. This role is crucial for cultivating a fair, legally compliant, and positive work environment. The ER Manager will act as a strategic partner to our leadership and a key resource for our HR team, ensuring we effectively manage labor-related risks and uphold the integrity of our company's culture and practices.
Role Responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesLabor Relations and Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert on all employee relations matters for management, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and other stakeholders. You'll provide guidance and strategic advice on complex issues, ensuring a consistent and legally sound approach;
Investigations and Compliance: Lead and manage the end-to-end investigation workflow for all employee-related incidents not related to the code of ethics and other specific compliance investigations. This includes documenting incidents, conducting a tri-party review with Legal and Compliance, performing root cause analysis, and tracking corrective and preventive actions to ensure fair and consistent outcomes;
Risk Management: Conduct annual risk mapping to proactively identify and manage labor-related risks. You'll analyze collective bargaining trends, regulatory changes, and employee sentiment to propose and manage mitigation plans. You'll also conduct biannual internal audits of disciplinary action documentation;
Union and Collective Bargaining: Act as the company's primary representative and point of contact for all union-related matters. You will manage collective bargaining agreements and represent the company in negotiations;
- Policy and Process Management: You'll ensure mandatory labor law compliance and translate it into implementation of policies and guidelines;
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training for managers on best practices in employee relations, helping to ensure consistency in our approach across all levels of the organization;
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key link between HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Compliance to align ER strategies with broader business goals.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Law, Business Administration);
Experience on employee relations matters in Brazil (either as part of HRBP or HROps roles), with a strong understanding of Brazilian labor law (CLT) for at least 5 years;
Experience in conducting workplace investigations;
Demonstrated expertise in union negotiations and managing collective bargaining agreements;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform risk assessments and legal compliance analyzis (e.g. audit findings) to drive improvements;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment;
Fluency in English is a strong plus.

YOUR ROLE
- Definition and deployment of regional category strategies in close alignment with global strategic framework
- Act as reliable expert to share Regional Procurement and Category know-how within international Procurement team and relevant stakeholders

In this role, you'll be.- Own and lead sourcing strategies and performance for hiring managers across LATAM.
- Partner closely with Recruiters and TC teams to meet monthly hiring goals.
- Develop talent maps and market insights to support strategic org design decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top talent pools for current and future opportunities.
- Stay current on market trends, key players, and competitor intelligence.
- Train and advise hiring managers on sourcing best practices and interviewing.
- Support hiring across global functions such as Legal, HR, Finance, Marketing, and PR when needed.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment (in-house or agency).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Insights, Boolean Search, OCC, etc.).
- Strong project management and organizational skills — ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Fluent in English. Spanish and Portuguese are highly desirable.
- Self-starter, independent, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

- Atuar de forma consultiva junto às lideranças, apoiando no planejamento de força de trabalho e definição de perfis estratégicos.
- Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta, com foco em qualidade da contratação e na experiência do candidato.
- Realizar mapeamento de mercado e análise de tendências para antecipar demandas de talentos e oportunidades competitivas.
- Implementar e aprimorar estratégias de Employer Branding, ampliando a atratividade da marca no mercado de trabalho.
- Gerir indicadores de Talent Acquisition, traduzindo-os em insights para a alta gestão.
- Promover diversidade e inclusão como pilares estratégicos na atração de talentos.
- Contribuir para a evolução contínua das práticas de recrutamento, trazendo inovação, tecnologia e melhores práticas do mercado.
- Experiência sólida em Talent Acquisition em contextos estratégicos ou consultivos.
- Histórico de parceria com gestores e áreas de negócio em diferentes níveis hierárquicos.
- Vivência em hunting, mapeamento de mercado e atração de talentos de alta performance.
- Conhecimento de ferramentas de ATS, analytics de recrutamento e estratégias digitais.
- Inglês avançado será considerado diferencial.
- Visão de negócio e orientação estratégica.
