Our opportunity
We are looking for our new CI Partner to join our team.
In this position you will lead continuous improvement projects by supporting the Transportation Operations and Operational Management (Delivery TbM & MbM) teams in their performance, anchoring and facilitating project development prioritization, with the goal of boosting the operational performance of client areas.
Building relationships with the internal and external stakeholders, understanding their business drivers should be leveraged to continuously improve cooperation and process to the mutual benefit of the customer and Maersk Group.
Main responsibilities:
- Validate and apply global standardizations in Transportation Operations and local Operational Management activities, including change management when process and system modifications occur, as well as providing training to the teams involved.
- Ensure the standardization of continuous improvement processes that enhance performance and involve both internal and external customers, as well as service providers.
- Define metrics and targets together with Transportation Operations and Operational Management managers, as well as monitor results to track the effectiveness of continuous improvement actions implemented with clients (internal, external, and service providers).
- Lead the assessment/mapping of activities carried out across different internal client areas in order to identify process improvement opportunities aimed at optimizing results through time savings, cost reduction, and performance improvement across functions.

Role Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between multiple departments and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support service delivery improvements;
- Analyze service delivery performance and customer support data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement;
- Lead the design, review, and implementation of service-related security policies to ensure compliance, consistency, and risk mitigation;
- Translate global service and security policies into actionable local procedures, tailoring them to meet regional requirements while maintaining alignment with corporate standards;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by assessing existing processes, proposing optimizations, and implementing best practices;
- Deeply understand end-to-end service processes to identify inefficiencies and design effective solutions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that service improvements align with organizational goals and deliver tangible value;
- Use structured problem-solving and data-driven insights to support decision-making and project prioritization.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights;

- Experience in process mapping, policy creation, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma);

Requirements:
- Advanced to Fluent English (Global Team)
- 8+ years of overall experience in SAP manufacturing (QM) and industry experience
- 8+ years of strong SAP manufacturing expertise wherein worked as analyst and configurator in QM and LIMS
- Worked in at least 3 full lifecycle e2e implementation projects and at least one on S4HANA
- Proven and strong experience in QM with good knowledge on PP-PI integration and other modules
- Hands-on experience in implementing QM in a discrete and process industry, PP-WM integration experience
Good to have:
- Experience of working in a validated environment is desirable.
- Should have very sound Phama domain knowledge.
- Good knowledge third-party tools in the manufacturing space (LIMS, MES, Track-wise)
- Excellent knowledge of project implementation methodologies w.r.t SAP products.
- Should be able to interact with the developer and communicate the requirements.
- Understand and evaluate business requirements, identify the changes to the global template and translate them into functional specification and technical design.

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Hybrid Database / Power BI Developer to join our Process Improvement team. This role combines expertise in database development and business intelligence, focusing on creating scalable, high-performance data solutions and delivering actionable insights through advanced Power BI reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Development
Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based relational databases and data models
Write and optimize stored procedures, views, functions, and complex queries
Build and manage ETL processes to ingest and transform data from various sources
Monitor database performance, ensure data integrity, and implement security best practices
Work closely with backend developers and data architects to support efficient data architecture
Power BI Development
Develop and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports
Use Power Query (M) and DAX to transform data into insightful visualizations
Create calculated columns, measures, and KPIs using advanced DAX techniques
Build semantic data models with proper relationships, hierarchies, and normalization techniques

QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience:
