The Job:

- Serve as the main point of contact for resolving operational issues with effective solutions.
- Manage the SQL Server environment and maintain routines, views, and queries.
- Monitor supplier performance and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or Data-related fields.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP, Snowflake, VBA, and SQL.
- Advanced knowledge in data analysis and operational performance indicators.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and continuous improvement leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Quality, and Supplier Management processes.

As Expert Continuous Improvement Taste you will lead the transformation of our manufacturing operations. Champion Lean Six Sigma deployment, foster continuous improvement, and collaborate across global teams. Your Key Responsibilities
- Deploy Continuous improvement standard processes (including training material) across manufacturing and support areas for short-, medium- and long-term visibilities (i.e. shift, daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly).
- Perform/support site Continuous Improvement diagnostics, improvement projects and health-checks within our new revamped Continuous Improvement frame.
- Be an ambassador for the overall Lean Six Sigma training deployment program.
- Orchestrate best practice sharing and manage knowledge sharing forums.
- Participate in the running and deployment of manufacturing recognition programs.
- Develop / adapt recurrent fault handling tools (like A3, PDCA/RCA, etc); execute/develop capabilities to execute these tools with direct stakeholders (leaders, supervisors, managers)
You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
- Proven experience with methodologies implementation (Lean, TPM, WCM or others) in different businesses (food, chemical, metallurgical, etc).
- A sense of accountability – you take initiative, speak up, and see things through. You are responsible and focus on what matters
- A collaborative spirit – you're at your best when working across teams, functions and countries.
- Advanced in English
- Green Belt certification is a differential.
