Join us as a Google Cloud Business Development Executive and become an integral part of Kyndryl's growth story. As our Global GCP Business Development Executive, you will be part of a team dedicated to expanding Kyndryl's services, driving growth, revenue, and customer adoption through innovative partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
You will build GCP related pipeline, tactically focused on achieving GCP revenue target and growing Kyndryl incremental services signings target for the Global organization.
You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our esteemed Partners, leveraging their cutting-edge technology and solutions to co-create offerings that revolutionize the industry. You will be responsible for propelling the adoption of Kyndryl's services across all market segments and countries, unlocking new opportunities and driving exponential growth.
Collaborating with Customer and Consult Partners, you will create, build, and manage relationships with our valued alliance partners at various levels of their organizations. Through these partnerships, you will help define, sell, and deliver large-scale transformation and modernization programs tailored to our enterprise customers, solving their most pressing business challenges.
With your creative flair, you will craft compelling content, establish unique go-to-market programs, and provide comprehensive enablement support-both business and technical-to drive exponential growth for our partnerships.
Leveraging your in-depth understanding of alliance partner programs, you will secure maximum benefits for Kyndryl's deals and, most importantly, our customers. Serving as a liaison between our Practices and Account teams, you will foster win-win-win outcomes that fuel mutual success.

Required Skills and Experience
+ Experience in sales and business development
+ Experience with Google cloud platform and Google value propositions
+ Experience working and selling with Global System Integrators or Managed Service Providers and/or Alliance roles with GCP
+ Understanding of cloud marketplaces, and co-selling benefits to customers and the GCP field
+ Outstanding client management and relationship skills, and ability to impact and influence stakeholders within Kyndryl and GCP
+ GCP technical proficiency or certifications
+ Proven track record identifying new opportunities
+ Knowledge on GCP organization and management system
+ Ability to travel ~ 25% of the time
+ Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to operate effectively in multinational environments
+ Bachelor's degree
Preferred Skills and Experience
+ Experience selling within Retail and/or Healthcare industries

  • 10+ years of hands-on professional backend software development experience, with a significant portion in a leadership or principal role.

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of hands-on professional backend software development experience, with a significant portion in a leadership or principal role.

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Proficient programming skills in Python or Java and comfortable maintaining code in both languages, with a strong emphasis on architectural design and code quality.

  • Deep familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, advanced testing frameworks, and deployment strategies.

  • Extensive experience with complex API integration, design, and best practices, including defining API standards.

  • Expertise in dealing with system complexity, distributed systems, and large-scale architectural challenges.

  • Exceptional sense of ownership, accountability, and technical leadership.

  • Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Consistently questions the status quo and brings innovative, impactful solutions to engineering and product needs, driving significant technical advancements.

  • Strong ability to influence architecture and technical decisions across multiple teams, ensuring robust, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions that align with business objectives.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
We are looking for an accomplished SAP Technical Service Consultant who is well versed in delivering consistent, high-quality results to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team as a Technical Service Manager (TSM). You will contribute to SAP's global strategy by supporting our customers with their SAP S/4 HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise as part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team.
Technical Service Managers play a critical part in helping our customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey and enable them to achieve the business values and outcomes they want from their SAP landscape. Your will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners. This includes analyzing customer's business requirements and problems and working across the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and other SAP departments to provide quality services to our customers, resolve technical complexities and accompany them throughout their entire cloud transformation journey.
+ Primary contact for customers for discussions about technology and innovations and serve as an escalation point person for technical issues
+ Understand the customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions & services
+ Identify and position offerings by SAP Enterprise Cloud Services that deliver value to the customer
+ Offer comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools.
+ Understand the SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies (load-balancer, virtual machine)
+ Experience and knowledge in SAP NetWeaver Administration, migration and upgrades
+ Identify top issues, define service plan, and drive implementation of identified action items across customer landscapes
+ Understanding of various SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios of SAP systems with BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors etc. (good to have)
+ Design optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management
+ Solid know-how on SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial),
+ Hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
+ Analytical, solution-oriented and experience in working with cross-cultural teams
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
+ Strong experience under SAP Technical Administration Background (Preferably in the domain of SAP Basis skill) and should have knowledge & experience on Administration and Operations of SAP solutions.
+ Among that, strong experience in customer facing role and should have excellent command on de-escalating the critical situations.
+ Hands on experience with working knowledge of Unix/Linux flavors
+ Hands on experience with working knowledge of SAP HANA and Sybase databases
**LANGUAGE SKILLS**
+ English (advanced/fluent written & spoken)
+ Spanish is a plus
