Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated leader and team player to drive and support a plan to accelerate and scale the growth of our Google Cloud business. You will focus on enterprise customers in LATAM. This role includes responsibility for meeting sales quota and pipeline forecasting. You will build close relationships with customers, Google Cloud, and ServiceNow field sellers while leading virtual teams including solution sales, solution consulting, partner, product, and operations. This is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of sales, strategy, and a roll-up-your-sleeves and "get it done" attitude. Success requires the execution of a plan to develop and accelerate the growth of ServiceNow revenue on Google Cloud both with top existing customers and to land new enterprise customers. You must be a highly motivated team player with expertise working in a fast-paced, cross-functional manner where change is constant. You can establish broad senior level relationships. You have a proven track record of delivering results and getting things done. You demonstrate strong business acumen, have outstanding communication skills, and can effectively build relationships, negotiate complex multi-million-dollar contracts, and influence large purchase decisions for the biggest brands in the world.

Responsibilities
  • Create a Google Cloud sales plan with ServiceNow LATAM leadership to drive growth and then bring it to life. Leverage your passion for driving sales results to close.
  • Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through the customers' organization, from business unit teams to CxO level
  • Work with the greater ServiceNow solution teams to develop a ServiceNow solution based on the customer's strategic outcomes
  • Manage relationships between ServiceNow, Google Cloud, and executive-level customers
  • Present the value of the ServiceNow and Google Cloud partnership while evangelizing joint innovation use cases
  • Negotiate complex multi-million-dollar contracts
  • Grow the ServiceNow business on Google Cloud year over year
  • Build mindshare within Google Cloud field sales leadership and account teams to drive sales
  • Develop a clear roadmap across the customer, Google Cloud, and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience
  • Ensure customers are at the center of everything. Deliver high-value outcomes for customers
  • Ensure alignment with Value Selling (i.e., Value Prompter), NowSell principles and partner 3-way sales

Qualifications
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in client management, aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service or IT Operations Management (within a software or IT sales organization)
  • Experience exceeding sales targets
  • Experience leading and inspiring virtual, matrixed teams
  • Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
  • Travel up to 50% (depending on geography/region)
  • Portuguese, Spanish and English speaker

We are seeking a Data Engineer with a strong background in data engineering, ideally with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and BigQuery. The ideal candidate will have solid proficiency in SQL and Python, along with familiarity in moving and transforming data across cloud-based data zones and streaming pipelines (ETL/ELT). Comfort with cloud services, data management, automation tools, and real-time data processing is essential.

Role responsibilities
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the data engineering domain to build and support non-interactive (batch, distributed) and real-time, highly available data pipelines, using technologies like Apache Beam (Google Cloud Dataflow), Google Pub/Sub, and Databricks
  • Build fault-tolerant, self-healing, adaptive, and highly accurate streaming and batch data pipelines on GCP
  • Design and implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines leveraging Google Cloud Dataflow / Apache Beam and BigQuery for analytics and large-scale querying
  • Provide consultation and lead the implementation of complex data solutions across multiple platforms
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all assigned systems and projects
  • Tune queries running over billions of rows of data in distributed query engines like BigQuery and Spark
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and implement permanent resolutions for software or business process issues
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, availability, and reliability across cloud environments
Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in:
    • Python – for building data pipelines, processing tasks, and automation
    • SQL
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google BigQuery – querying and managing large datasets
    • Google Pub/Sub – for real-time data ingestion and event streaming
    • Google Cloud Dataflow / Apache Beam – for ETL/ELT pipelines
    • Databricks workspace, jobs/workflows, clusters, and notebooks
    • Building ETL/ELT pipelines across data zones (raw to processed)
    • Using the Databricks REST API for automation and system integration
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
Nice to have qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics)
  • Working knowledge of cloud architecture components (especially GCP, but also Azure or AWS)
  • Familiarity with visualization/reporting tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Proficiency in big data environments and tools such as Spark, Hive, Impala, Pig, etc.
  • Proficiency with data pipeline software such as Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or Prefect
