About the Role

Osta is seeking a talented, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact digital campaigns. This role spans Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO, and cutting-edge Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies. You will play a key role in maximizing ROI, increasing brand visibility, and driving growth through continuous analytics and strategic refinement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and implement SEO and innovative GEO strategies to boost organic and paid search visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and cost-efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and experimentation to refine targeting and creatives.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Manage advertising budgets to ensure effective, measurable spending.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO platforms.

Overview

Responsibilities
  • Localise and manage the execution of digital content for LATAM, adapting messaging and incorporating regional insights across key formats and channels, including social media, email marketing, blog posts, internal presentations, and Seedtag Academy.
  • Ensure alignment with global guidelines while optimising for regional performance and audience engagement.

In this role, you’ll build a structured, scalable marketing engine that expands reach and drives inbound interest, creating high-impact content that lives across social, email, and the web. What You’ll Do
  • Own the content calendar: Plan, manage, and execute the content pipeline across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and email using Notion.
  • Coordinate across teams: Work closely with the Design Lead and Video Lead to align on timelines, asset creation, and creative strategy.
  • Deploy consistently: Schedule and publish all organic social posts and newsletters. Ensure content is on-message and on time.

Paid Media
  • Have an understanding of paid social and ad copywriting
  • You will work and PM our paid media specialist on Darkroom’s paid ads
SEO, Reporting, Analytics & Performance
  • Work with our SEO specialist to track everything: Monitor performance across all owned platforms and campaigns (social, email, website).
  • SEO + UX insights: Use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
  • Report intelligently: Provide actionable insights, trends, and growth metrics that influence creative direction.

What will you do

As a Performance Specialist, your role is centered on driving lead generation and revenue through expert management of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and related). You'll focus on meticulously crafting and optimizing campaigns across various channels, utilizing advanced targeting and data-driven strategies to enhance lead acquisition and conversion rates. Your expertise in A/B testing, ROI analysis, and budget management will be crucial in continually refining campaigns for maximum efficiency and profitability, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth.


Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and analyze comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (Earned, Paid, and Owned), including Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, Paid Influencers, Content Promotion, Display Ads, and related.
  • Plan, create, and optimize high-converting digital ad campaigns that align with business goals, utilizing A/B testing and data analysis to enhance conversion rate continuously.
  • Employ advanced targeting techniques to reach specific audience segments, leveraging customer data, demographics, and behavioral insights to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, monitor spending, and allocate resources to campaigns that deliver the best returns, ensuring ROI goals are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, CPA, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to follow and collaborate to the Revenue Goals
  • Create, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance and overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing teams, product teams, and data analysts to align performance marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated cross-channel and omnichannel strategies, aligning digital and offline media for consistent brand engagement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Demand Generation or Performance Marketing within high-ticket B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of driving revenue and achieving pipeline goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.

About the Role:

As a Junior Paid Media Specialist, you will support the team in creating, managing, and optimizing digital media campaigns that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. Keys Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and optimization of digital media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Support with monitoring campaign pacing, budget tracking, and basic performance checks.
  • Help gather, organize, and prepare campaign performance reports for clients.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings to learn about campaign strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field (internship or academic projects are a plus).
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Knowledge in Amazon Ads and/ or SEO will be a differential
