Estamos em busca de um(a) Digital Marketing Specialist para atuar em um ambiente global e dinâmico. Essa posição será responsável por executar e otimizar estratégias digitais no Brasil, alinhadas à visão internacional da empresa.

O(a) profissional ideal terá forte compreensão de marketing digital (principalmente nas etapas de awareness e consideration), perfil analítico para interpretar KPIs e capacidade de colaborar com equipes multiculturais.

Principais responsabilidades:


• Executar e coordenar iniciativas digitais no Brasil, garantindo alinhamento com a estratégia global.


• Colaborar com times internacionais (em inglês), adaptando campanhas para o mercado local.


• Gerenciar esforços de construção de comunidade: planos de engajamento, embaixadores de marca e apoio a eventos (participação e organização).


• Monitorar, analisar e reportar KPIs de campanhas antes, durante e após a execução.


• Realizar pesquisas de mercado e análises da concorrência para identificar oportunidades e tendências.


• Coordenar projetos de marketing digital, cumprindo prazos e padrões de qualidade.


• Apoiar a criação e adaptação de conteúdos digitais em parceria com equipes internas e externas.


• Garantir consistência da marca em todos os canais digitais.

Requisitos e experiência:


• 3+ anos em marketing digital (preferencialmente em contexto internacional).


• Forte conhecimento em estratégias de brand awareness e audience consideration.


• Experiência com ferramentas de análise de dados (Google Analytics, redes sociais).


• Gestão de múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.


• Diferencial: experiência com gestão de comunidades e programas de embaixadores da marca.


• Conhecimento das principais redes sociais e ferramentas de mídia digital.


• Proficiência em português e inglês (oral e escrito).

What Will You Do

This is a fully remote role operating in the EST time zone, open to candidates in Portugal and Brazil.

What You’ll Do

Strategy, Planning & Execution

  • Own the content calendar: Plan, manage, and execute the content pipeline across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and email using Notion.
  • Coordinate across teams: Work closely with the Design Lead and Video Lead to align on timelines, asset creation, and creative strategy.
  • Deploy consistently: Schedule and publish all organic social posts and newsletters. Ensure content is on-message and on time.
  • Stay agile: Adapt to shifting priorities and post needs without dropping quality or speed.
  • Coordinate the email pipeline: Plan email newsletters.
  • Drive Darkroom’s email strategy: Support strategic initiatives for Darkroom’s email marketing campaigns in partnership with the Design Lead and Video Lead

Social Media Management

  • Hands-on ownership of Darkroom’s organic presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Write copy: Post captions, headlines and descriptions that match platform-specific tone and brand voice.
  • Community engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs. Actively engage with customers, creators, and collaborators.

Paid Media

  • Have an understanding of paid social and ad copywriting
  • You will work and PM our paid media specialist on Darkroom’s paid ads

SEO, Reporting, Analytics & Performance

  • Work with our SEO specialist to track everything: Monitor performance across all owned platforms and campaigns (social, email, website).
  • SEO + UX insights: Use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
  • Report intelligently: Provide actionable insights, trends, and growth metrics that influence creative direction.

  • Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content, email, and social.

  • Write with precision and tone, and know how to adapt voice across channels.

As a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll bring sharp strategy, organizational excellence, and creative instinct to every project. This role blends content strategy, project management, copywriting, and digital performance analysis - perfect for someone who thrives on moving seamlessly between planning and execution. You’ll be the glue connecting design, video, and messaging, turning ideas into structured campaigns that perform across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and email.

In this role, you’ll build a structured, scalable marketing engine that expands reach and drives inbound interest, creating high-impact content that lives across social, email, and the web. You’ll develop reporting frameworks that give the creative team the insights to continuously improve, and you’ll help define a consistent, modern voice for one of the fastest-growing agencies in the world.

This is a fully remote role operating in the EST time zone, open to candidates in Portugal and Brazil.

What You’ll Do

Strategy, Planning & Execution

  • Own the content calendar: Plan, manage, and execute the content pipeline across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and email using Notion.
  • Coordinate across teams: Work closely with the Design Lead and Video Lead to align on timelines, asset creation, and creative strategy.
  • Deploy consistently: Schedule and publish all organic social posts and newsletters. Ensure content is on-message and on time.
  • Stay agile: Adapt to shifting priorities and post needs without dropping quality or speed.
  • Coordinate the email pipeline: Plan email newsletters.
  • Drive Darkroom’s email strategy: Support strategic initiatives for Darkroom’s email marketing campaigns in partnership with the Design Lead and Video Lead

Social Media Management

  • Hands-on ownership of Darkroom’s organic presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Write copy: Post captions, headlines and descriptions that match platform-specific tone and brand voice.
  • Community engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs. Actively engage with customers, creators, and collaborators.

Paid Media

  • Have an understanding of paid social and ad copywriting
  • You will work and PM our paid media specialist on Darkroom’s paid ads

SEO, Reporting, Analytics & Performance

  • Work with our SEO specialist to track everything: Monitor performance across all owned platforms and campaigns (social, email, website).
  • SEO + UX insights: Use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
  • Report intelligently: Provide actionable insights, trends, and growth metrics that influence creative direction.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content, email, and social.
  • Are highly organized, autonomous, and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Write with precision and tone, and know how to adapt voice across channels.
  • Know what content performs, and why.
  • Have strong project management instincts and can juggle timelines, tasks and tools.
  • Understand digital performance: you’ve worked with analytics tools, know your way around email metrics and think SEO.
  • Communicate clearly and can collaborate with designers and video editors.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience working inside an agency.
  • Have managed newsletter content and owned media channels
  • Are fluent in Notion, Figma, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, GT Metrix
  • Have worked on brand-led social content
