We’re an AI‑first fintechon a mission to rebuild Brazil’s payment infrastructure. Yes, we’re a unicorn—but valuations don’t excite us as much as impact. We obsess over the day‑to‑day challenges our clients face, and we turn advanced technology into elegant and fast financial experiences. If you see data as more than numbers, code as more than syntax, and finance as more than ledgers, CW may be a place for you.
About the team:- We are the platform that powers CloudWalk’s money movements and credit decisions. Our domain spans everything from real‑time credit engines and repayment orchestration to dynamic pricing and debt collections. We keep the lights on for merchants by running scoring, underwriting models, credit policy and governance, and pricing eligibility to ensure every client interaction is fast, fair, and traceable.
- Every feature we ship must be safe, compliant, explainable, and lightning‑fast—all at once. That’s the puzzle we wake up for.
- Credit : accelerate model deployment cycles while tightening governance and policy frameworks so we can launch new lending products without losing sleep.
- Price modelling : scale and refine multi‑signal evaluations that spot high‑value merchants and instantly tailor fees.
- Collection : plug in multiple partners and payment rails, track every interaction end‑to‑end, and build a notifications pipeline that never drops a beat.
All of this runs on a micro‑service mesh that processes billions of BRL each month and is evolving toward event‑driven, AI‑augmented decisioning. Your architecture choices will shape credit limits, default rates, pricing fairness, and ultimately the livelihoods of Brazilian merchants.
WhatYou’llDo:- Architect & build resilient, scalable services and data pipelines that keep our financial engines humming.
- Infuse intelligence: integrate ML models, LLM agents, and rule engines to automate and sharpen decision‑making.
- Own the full lifecycle: from discovery to observability, SRE mandates, and continuous delivery.
