In this role you'll also be leading the end-to-end post-sales customer journey and will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand and retain within your existing client base by maintaining lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

This role will be focussed on LATAM. Our existing customer base ranges from mid-market companies who like to move fast right up to slow burn large enterprises like Google and Salesforce.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the iterative improvement of our sales process, tone and approach, and you'll have plenty of scope to inform the way we develop our internal tooling to help you work efficiently and effectively.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Prospecting for and generating new business leads within the Brazilian market, with a focus on enterprises and technology companies.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations in Portuguese for potential clients, showcasing the value of Snyk's developer-first security platform for modern application development.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, including negotiation and contract signing.
  • Collaborating with the Snyk solutions engineering and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation for new clients.
  • Understanding and articulating the Snyk value proposition, including its competitive advantages in the Brazilian and Latin American markets.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the Brazilian cybersecurity landscape.
  • Accurately forecasting sales opportunities and maintaining detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas and targets.
  • Traveling within Brazil as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

What You’ll Need:

  • You have 7+ years of closing experience
  • You have experience identifying target accounts that would be a good fit and generating pipeline through outbound activity.
  • You have experience of both short and long sales cycles.
  • You understand the software developer lifecycle and can articulate how a developer tooling product might fit in.
  • You have experience using a number selling tools - example SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Linkedin

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify opportunities, build entry barriers, and optimize ROI for credit-related products.

• Monitor post-implementation performance, optimizing user engagement, conversion rates, and client retention to maximize business value.

Requirements

As Manager at Amaris Consulting, you will be navigating the following 3 core dimensions :


Business Development & Client Relations:

  • Conduct market research to pinpoint prospective clients.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling.
  • Coordinate meetings to identify projects where our expertise can be invaluable to clients.

Recruitment & Team Leadership:

  • Take charge of recruiting your consultant team by seeking out top-tier talent with relevant expertise.
  • Foster growth and skill enhancement for your consultants across diverse projects, ensuring their long-term professional progression.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with your consultants to guarantee the success and satisfaction of projects.

Business Unit Oversight:

  • Steer your business unit with a focus on its overall health and success.
  • Oversee Profit & Loss assessments to proactively identify and rectify potential business challenges.
  • Devise strategies to enhance turnover and contributive margin.


Your profile:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Strong interest in the Business Development role
  • Desiring to work in a dynamic and international environment

Join a fast-moving startup shaping the future of AI and emerging technologies. As a Business Development Representative , you’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline creation—connecting with forward-thinking businesses and helping bring transformational solutions to market.

This role is perfect for someone who combines hustle with strategic thinking, and who’s ready to be a key player in an early-stage growth team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to target accounts using email, phone, and social channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, booking discovery calls with decision-makers
  • Use AI-powered sales tools to craft personalized, high-impact messaging
  • Work alongside sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and target profiles
You’ll Thrive If You Have
  • 1–3 years of outbound sales or BDR experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong prospecting skills and a consistent track record of hitting KPIs
  • Experience using modern sales tools (Gong, Apollo, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Clear, persuasive communication and a consultative approach
  • U.S. time zone availability for team collaboration and outreach

A Excent Capital Ltd é uma empresa inglesa, corretora de investimentos internacional regulada, com escritórios em Londres, Seychelles, México, e agora abrindo escritório no Brasil. Oferecemos aos nossos clientes uma plataforma de investimentos internacionais em diversos produtos OTC. Devido ao nosso crescimento contínuo, estamos em busca de um(a):

Business Development Manager

Responsabilidades:
  1. Identificar e converter assessores financeiros em Introducing Brokers (Parceiros), promovendo nossa plataforma de diversificação de investimentos internacionais.
  2. Desenvolver alianças estratégicas e manter relacionamentos produtivos com assessores financeiros.
  3. Utilizar estratégias de prospecção via LinkedIn, ligações de follow-up, reuniões virtuais, presenciais e, quando necessário, internacionais.
  4. Oferecer suporte e treinamentos contínuos para capacitação dos parceiros.
  5. Gerenciar dados de relacionamento através do CRM PipeDrive.
  6. Monitorar e otimizar o desempenho dos parceiros.
Requisitos:
  1. Experiência em desenvolvimento de negócios e gestão de relações comerciais.
  2. Experiência na área comercial.
  3. Experiência com prospecção via LinkedIn.
  4. Experiência com primeiras ligações e estabelecimento de novas relações comerciais.
  5. Auto motivação e desejo de alcançar resultados financeiros.
Local de Trabalho:

Rua Surubim - Cidade Monções (100% presencial)

Horário de trabalho:

Segunda a Quinta, das 9:00 às 17:30; Sexta, das 9:00 às 13:00
