In this role you'll also be leading the end-to-end post-sales customer journey and will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand and retain within your existing client base by maintaining lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
This role will be focussed on LATAM. Our existing customer base ranges from mid-market companies who like to move fast right up to slow burn large enterprises like Google and Salesforce.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the iterative improvement of our sales process, tone and approach, and you'll have plenty of scope to inform the way we develop our internal tooling to help you work efficiently and effectively.
You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Prospecting for and generating new business leads within the Brazilian market, with a focus on enterprises and technology companies.
- Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations in Portuguese for potential clients, showcasing the value of Snyk's developer-first security platform for modern application development.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, including negotiation and contract signing.
- Collaborating with the Snyk solutions engineering and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation for new clients.
- Understanding and articulating the Snyk value proposition, including its competitive advantages in the Brazilian and Latin American markets.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the Brazilian cybersecurity landscape.
- Accurately forecasting sales opportunities and maintaining detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Traveling within Brazil as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
What You’ll Need:
- You have 7+ years of closing experience
- You have experience identifying target accounts that would be a good fit and generating pipeline through outbound activity.
- You have experience of both short and long sales cycles.
- You understand the software developer lifecycle and can articulate how a developer tooling product might fit in.
- You have experience using a number selling tools - example SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Linkedin

- Inglês intermediário (leitura e conversação para contato com fornecedores internacionais).
Desejável:
- Perfil híbrido: hunter nato, mas com visão de processos e organização comercial.

With an extensive infrastructure of real devices across 90+ locations, the HeadSpin Platform enables manual and automated testing across a wide range of devices — from mobile and desktop to media players, audio devices, and even automotive systems.
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and strategic expansion within existing accounts . You’ll play a critical role in HeadSpin’s growth by identifying high-potential prospects, managing full-cycle sales engagements, and uncovering new opportunities within current customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net new business through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and strategic outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Expand revenue in existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and strategic account planning.
- Collaborate closely with sales engineers and product experts to deliver compelling solutions that meet customer objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients by deeply understanding their goals and technical environments.
- Effectively forecast, track pipeline activity, and maintain CRM hygiene to ensure sales goals are met.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and provide feedback to product, marketing, and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, marketing or equivalent.
- Previous experience (3+ years) selling within our industry is an asset.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate with developers, QA teams, and decision-makers.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- High level of english (C1, C2),

Position Overview:
B2B BD, Benefits plan,
Telecommunications, e-commerce, and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential partners, including telecom companies, e-commerce platforms, healthcare institutions, and other relevant service providers.
- Structure win-win commercial models (revenue sharing/co-marketing/data monetization) and Structure BD playbook including partnership tiers, incentive structures, exclusivity clauses, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
- Analyze partnership strategies of local players and Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape.
- Analyze and report on business development efforts, providing insights into partnership strategies and outcomes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of partner services into the Cartão de Kwai platform, collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in the B2B market.
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications, e-commerce, and healthcare sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Native-level Portuguese + advanced English
