The Department:
The CRM Department is responsible for optimising every stage of the Betway customer lifecycle.

Purpose of the role:
The CRM Executive is responsible for executing the CRM Strategy to increase customer lifetime value across the Betway product. The role will be responsible for helping to grow the CRM programme across the Brazilian market, across all stages of the customer lifecycle. It will also involve collaborating cross functionally with Trading, Country Management, Acquisition, Product, Creative and Technology teams as part of an aligned regional strategy. This role revolves around the of use technology and data to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
You will be responsible for:
- Meeting customer requirements across the Brazilian CRM product
- Measuring, reporting and optimising all CRM activities within the Brazilian market
- Create and manage both the Sports/Casino focussed and lifecycle CRM calendars
- Ensure all promotions and communications are aligned to business value
- Implement personalisation strategies based on a data driven approach
- Troubleshooting of issues working closely with the customer support team
- Liaising with other key stakeholders across the Betway Brazilian team, such as Country Management

SummaryHe/She will be responsible for establishing relationships with new customers and partners, securing contracts, as well as managing and expanding our existing customer base to achieve sales targets within the LATAM region. Responsibilities- Actively identify new customers through market research, cold calling, networking and social media that can benefit from the company’s product or service.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to better understand customer pain points, so you are able to offer solutions to specifically address those business needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified new business and existing customer base growth opportunities equal to or above four times your annual quota to ensure ability to meet your goals.
- Articulate Kore.ai’s platform, solutions, features, differentiators and the expected ROI to prospects via calls, emails, demonstrations and sales meetings, to various audiences, which can include Business Unit leaders, CxOs and Engineers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, existing customers, and channel partners to further identify opportunities to expand Kore.ai’s business footprint within those relationships.

What Will You Do?
As an Account Executive, you are responsible for developing new business in the region to support new revenue growth. You work towards an allocated new business sales revenue target within your territory. Reporting to the VP of Sales North America
Key Responsibilities:

- Attend local and regional tradeshows to promote Panaya and uncover new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Native Portuguese speaker
- Experience selling SAP solutions - Must!
- At least 5 years of experience in partner sales, with a proven track record of generating revenue and closing business through strategic partnerships- Must!
- At least 5 years of experience in sales of complex software solutions, preferably SaaS
- At least 5 years of experience in sales within the Brazil market.

- Experience in building, leading and growing new business within enterprise companies.
- Experience with account and territory planning.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quota preferably (e-commerce, digital marketing) SaaS solutions.
- Sandler or Challenger sales trained a plus!

- Help build top of the funnel working closely with other cross functional teams.
