About the Role
The Information Technology Manager will be responsible for leading and developing technology teams, ensuring a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic vision and technical decision-making, bridging the gap between technology, product, and business. The Technology Manager will define architecture guidelines, oversee their application, foster innovation — particularly leveraging Artificial Intelligence — and ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
Additionally, this role requires experience in structuring technology foundations for financial or payment institutions, as well as implementing information security programs in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Buscamos um Especialista de TI Sênior para atuar na sustentação e evolução do ERP Totvs Protheus, garantindo o funcionamento, a disponibilidade e a confiabilidade do sistema que suporta nossas operações. O profissional terá papel estratégico no apoio aos usuários, na mitigação de incidentes e na manutenção da performance da plataforma, sendo referência técnica dentro da área de TI.
Principais responsabilidades
• Garantir a disponibilidade e estabilidade do ambiente Protheus (on-premise e cloud).
• Realizar suporte de 2º nível aos usuários, atuando em incidentes, correções e mitigação de impactos.
• Elaborar e executar queries em SQL Server para troubleshooting, análises e integrações.
• Efetuar abertura e acompanhamento de chamados no portal Totvs, aplicando patches corretivos quando necessário.
• Apoiar e liderar viradas de versão do Protheus, assegurando continuidade operacional.
• Produzir e manter documentação de processos, além de ministrar treinamentos para usuários-chave.
• Interagir com áreas de negócio (Compras, Faturamento, Estoque e Financeiro), assegurando aderência entre tecnologia e processos.
Requisitos técnicos
• Experiência sólida com Totvs Protheus e seus módulos de backoffice.
• SQL Server – nível intermediário a avançado (queries, troubleshooting, performance).
• Conhecimentos avançados em infraestrutura Protheus (Windows Server, on-premise e cloud).
• Experiência em viradas de versão do ERP.
