Responsabilidades
- Foco em atendimento a pessoas, sendo receptivo ao turista, munícipes e público que entram na(s) Central(is).
- Realizar a pesquisa (arquivo interno) durante o atendimento com o(s) turista(s) nacionais/internacionais.
- Preencher os relatórios dos atendimentos diários/semanais/mensais.
- Enviar os relatórios mensalmente à equipe de supervisão.
- Abertura e/ou fechamento da Central Turística no horário estabelecido (escala mensal).
- Visitas Técnicas monitoradas mensais e/ou quinzenais, conforme escala.
- Atualizar as informações dos manuais de consulta (arquivos internos) para um atendimento eficaz ao público que procura as CITs, lazer e cultura na cidade de São Paulo.
- Manter limpo e em perfeita ordem o local de trabalho, zelando pelos equipamentos, materiais, móveis e pela estrutura das centrais, seguindo os métodos mais adequados à sua organização e funcionamento.
- Reportar toda e/ou qualquer necessidade de manutenção da CIT a supervisão/gestão.
- Rotina de atendimento de pessoas e administrativo das centrais.
- Imprescindível superior completo em Turismo e/ou Hotelaria.
- Obrigatório Fluência/Avançado em inglês, para conversação com turistas.
- Importante habilidade e gosto em atendimento a pessoas.
- Diferencial ter conhecimento turístico da cidade de São Paulo e experiência na área.

About the Role
The Information Technology Manager will be responsible for leading and developing technology teams, ensuring a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic vision and technical decision-making, bridging the gap between technology, product, and business. The Technology Manager will define architecture guidelines, oversee their application, foster innovation — particularly leveraging Artificial Intelligence — and ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
Additionally, this role requires experience in structuring technology foundations for financial or payment institutions, as well as implementing information security programs in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Define and maintain software architecture and software engineering guidelines, ensuring their application across all projects.
- Monitor technology trends and drive innovations.
- Ensure seamless integration between technology, product, and business, supporting strategic decisions with strong technical insights.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and governance of information security programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., Central Bank of Brazil, LGPD).
- Participate in the technology structuring of new products, systems, and integrations required for financial or payment institutions.
- Promote scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions aligned with CSBR’s growth strategy.
Skills, Experiences & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams (development, architecture, and agility).
- Strong technical background in software architecture and software engineering.
- Solid expertise in cloud computing solutions.
- Experience in structuring technology for financial or payment institutions, including regulatory compliance requirements.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing information security programs and governance frameworks.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to make sound technical decisions.
- Systemic vision with a focus on scalability, performance, and resilience.
- Plus: Up-to-date knowledge of Artificial Intelligence trends and ability to translate innovations into practical solutions.
- Plus: Experience with credit operations technology and integration with credit-related systems.
