**About the Role:**
We are looking for a **Senior** **Digital and Blended Learning Product Manager** to lead the design, development, and optimization of our digital and blended learning English learning solutions. This is your chance to shape how students around the world learn and grow!
As the **Senior** **Digital and Blended Learning Product Manager,** you will own the strategy and execution of learning products focused on English learning, within the Wizard Franchise brand. Working at the intersection of education, content, sales, technology, marketing, and user experience, you will collaborate closely with educators, engineers, academic, franchisees, teachers, students, designers, and marketers to create products that deliver measurable learning outcomes and delight users.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop a product roadmap based on the company's mission, market research, and customer needs.
+ User-Centric Design: Collaborate with clients, users, UX/UI teams to create engaging, user-friendly learning experiences for students, teachers, franchisees, schools, and parents.
+ Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics, performance data, and feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness and engagement of digital and non digital products.
+ Content Integration: Work with curriculum designers and content developers to ensure that all offerings, including lessons, exercises, and gamified content align with language-learning objectives.
+ Agile Execution: Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and run Agile ceremonies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including content, sales, academic, engineering, marketing, and customer success, to drive product success and adoption.
+ Global Focus: Ensure that products are optimized for different regions and markets, considering language proficiency levels, cultural nuances, and local teaching methods.
**Required skills and experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a technology-related field (master's degree preferred).
+ Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably in the areas of Education, EdTech, Language Learning, or SaaS.
+ Academic and learning knowledge: Proven experience in learning processes, classroom practices, and academic support, ensuring that product solutions are aligned with effective pedagogical and teaching strategies.
+ Product development: Proven experience in digital and non-digital learning product development, agile methodologies, and tools (Jira, Figma, Lucidchart).
+ Technology: Strong knowledge of APIs, mobile applications, and digital content delivery systems is required.Academic fundamentals: Practical knowledge of academic standards and content quality assurance is required.
+ Project and dependency management: Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders is required, with a strong ability to connect, align, and resolve interdependencies between teams, systems, and outcomes.
+ User research: Proven experience in conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing.
+ Ability to deal with different student profiles (children, teenagers, adults).
+ Proven experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.), using insights to iterate and optimize products.
+ Ability to analyze and report KPIs, product ROI, and performance trends.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Demonstrate flexibility, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to respond quickly to manage emerging problems.
+ Fluent English (required).
+ Availability to attend the Pearson office in São Paulo (Barra Funda) 1 to 2 times per week.

+ Strong understanding of digital education products or online learning platforms.

Overview

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set a customer-centric product vision; ensure consistent alignment between business priorities, development objectives and market trends

• Risk and Opportunity Monitoring: Partner with global and local teams to track and monitor the risks and opportunities within the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region and incorporate them into the APMs strategy.

The Product Owner (PO) for the Revenue Management System (RMS) is responsible for shaping and delivering integrated solutions that support pricing, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization. This role involves managing initiatives that span data engineering, machine learning, and user-facing interfaces. In addition to gathering and managing business requirements, the PO will be responsible for overseeing the full delivery lifecycle to ensure successful execution from concept through release.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain a backlog of features and enhancements spanning data pipelines, predictive models, and RMS user interfaces.
Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to optimize pricing strategies and demand forecasting.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into detailed epics and user stories with clear descriptions, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Own the full delivery lifecycle of features and enhancements, ensuring timely execution, alignment with stakeholders, and readiness for deployment.
Collaborate with Data Engineering on requirements for data sourcing, integration, and quality.
Partner with Data Science to define, deploy, and iterate on ML models and pricing algorithms.
Align with UI/UX and front-end teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and planning sessions with business stakeholders.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and user adoption.
Ensure accurate documentation in Confluence and Jira for themes, epics, and tasks.
Coordinate with QA to validate features and ensure delivery meets requirements.
Promote continuous iteration based on stakeholder feedback and performance data.
Drive change management and support user training for new RMS features.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process and system changes.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE;

Responsabilidades e atribuições
Entender os requisitos atuais dos relatórios Web e como estão estruturados;
Analisar o funcionamento atual dos relatórios e testar sua integração com o novo backend (Orquestrador);
Executar e interpretar APIs para verificar os dados retornados e compará-los com os dados exibidos nos relatórios Web;
Atuar em conjunto com PO/QA na validação de testes e evidências de funcionamento;
Garantir que os relatórios sigam operacionais e com a mesma integridade após a transição;
Definir e priorizar funcionalidades do produto (gestão de backlog);
Escrever e manter User Stories claras e objetivas;
Interagir com stakeholders para alinhar expectativas e necessidades do cliente;
Habilidades e Requisitos
Inglês Fluente para conversação diária
Conhecimentos em dados, tecnologia e áreas de negócio.
Experiência sólida em levantamento de requisitos técnicos e de negócio;
Familiaridade com execução e validação de APIs REST;
Experiência com ferramentas e metodologias ágeis: JIRA, Scrum, Agile;
Prática em priorização e refinamento de backlog;
Organização e manutenção de documentação funcional;
Conhecimentos em dados, tecnologia e áreas de negócio.
Formato de trabalho: Hibrido 3x na semana em Barueri

Estamos buscando um Product Owner experiente e orientado a resultados para liderar iniciativas estratégicas em Internet Banking e produtos financeiros digitais . O profissional será responsável por traduzir as necessidades do negócio e dos usuários em soluções práticas e inovadoras, que promovam experiências diferenciadas para nossos clientes.
Responsabilidades- Entendimento das Necessidades dos Usuários: Coletar e analisar feedback dos usuários e stakeholders para entender as necessidades de ganho de eficiência em relação ao ambiente e sistemas.
- Definição de Requisitos: Redigir histórias de usuário e requisitos claros e detalhados que funcionem como guia para os desenvolvedores.
- Acompanhamento de Progresso: Monitorar o progresso do desenvolvimento e garantir que os entregáveis sejam completados dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
- Testes e Validação: Participar de testes de aceitação e validação das funcionalidades desenvolvidas para garantir que atendam às expectativas.
- Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares (TI, Operações, entre outras) para assegurar a entrega de soluções eficientes e aderentes às normas do mercado financeiro.
- Experiência como Product Owner (PO) , preferencialmente em instituições financeiras;
- Experiência com FGTS, Consignado, Banco Digital e retaguarda ;
- Conhecimento profundo de processos de backoffice em áreas financeiras, como liquidação, conciliação, tesouraria e controle financeiro;
- Experiência em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban etc.);
- Habilidade analítica e visão estratégica para priorizar demandas e otimizar processos;
- Capacidade de comunicação clara e objetiva, além de facilidade para lidar com diferentes áreas e stakeholders.
