- Estabelecer relacionamento de longo prazo com o investidor (pessoa física e jurídica);
- Originar carteira de investidor de perfil alta renda;

Your roleAre you a lawyer with experience in structured lending and financing transactions? Do you have a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to the Brazilian financial, banking and capital markets?
- support our Global Lending Unit team with legal advice on structured lending and financing transactions;
- work closely with the Equity Derivatives team on matters involving structured products and financing solutions;
- review and draft lending agreements, guarantee agreements, and other legal documents;
- help ensure compliance with local and international regulations;
- collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to support deal execution;
- experience or familiarity with judicial recovery and bankruptcy procedures is a plus.
Your team You’ll be part of the UBS Legal team in São Paulo, Brazil, supporting the Global Lending Unit. We work closely with business and legal colleagues across regions to deliver practical, high-quality legal advice and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
Your expertise- 3+ years of experience in legal roles related to lending, financing, and guarantees;
- background in finance, banking, or capital markets;
- knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations and cross-border legal matters;
- admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- fluent in Portuguese and English;
- strong communication and drafting skills.

- Assist with asset movements, like transfers, wires, checks, journals, and setting up standing ACH instructions
- Monitor an agency’s book of business through management of the firm’s work basket and proactive alerts
- Act as point of contact for agency operational issues
- College Degree or relevant work experience
- Strong retirement and wealth management knowledge
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have background in the financial services industry in a service, operational, or sales support role
- Experience with Pershing’s NetX360, Wove performance reporting, and Envestnet Portfolio Management system
- Must be detail oriented and possess excellent time management skills
- Must understand broker dealer systems for account opening, asset movements, and order entry
- Must be proficient with MS Office programs
- Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet services
Salary Range: $57,810.00 - $86,715.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
