Responsabilidades / Responsibilities
The incumbent main role is responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional projects that support the organization's strategic goals. This role ensures that strategic initiatives are executed effectively, on time, and within budget, while aligning with broader business objectives.
Key member to lead change management efforts and support organizational transformation initiatives, collaborating with senior local/regional/global leadership, function heads, and external partners.
Strategic Project Leadership
- Ensure projects are aligned with corporate strategy and business goals;
- Translate strategic projects into actionable project plans;
- Evaluate project proposals for strategic fit and feasibility.
Key Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria;
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations;
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively;
- Track project progress using KPIs and dashboards;
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies;
- Provide regular updates to executives and sponsors.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate with senior leadership and key stakeholders (Brazil, LA, BSAM, BSJ);
- Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder needs are met;
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts;
- Communicate forecast changes and implications to stakeholders.
Qualificações / Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or its equivalent with business management related discipline would be preferred
- 7–10+ years of experience in project management, strategy, or consulting
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Must be proficient in both writing and speaking in English. Spanish would have added advantage

Project Managers are responsible for managing the Company's service deliveries, product and service implementations. They are the point of contact coordinating with Sales, Engineers, and Pricing staff both locally (Brazil) and with China Telecom Corp. staff in Beijing during the full lifecycle of projects. This position requires Mandarin. English and Portuguese are preferred. Less than 25% of travel requirement both domestic and international.
Major Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Company Service delivery, product and service implementations
- Project management, and coordination with multiple parties during the full life cycle of projects
- Serve as single point of contact for customers, sales team and sub venders on service delivering issues to ensure timely delivery
- Dynamically plan projects to meet RFS (Request for Service) dates
- Maintain and provide regular status reports on multiple projects
- Organize project kickoffs and coordinate meetings/ conferences
- Keep customers and Sales team informed of project updates
- Develop test and service acceptance criteria
- Work with CT Headquarters, CT Provincial for provisioning processes and updates
- Work with all sub vendors to ensure timely service deliveries

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Education Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in related telecommunication or technical or business or finance/statistics field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in a telecommunications, Internet or other high technology industry
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin required, English and Portuguese preferred
- Proven project management skills with the ability to gather the support of organization-wide resources and to focus on achievement of service deliverables.

Project Manager / Product Owner
para atuar na área de Prevenção a Fraudes PJ, com foco em adquirência. Essa posição é estratégica para garantir a governança dos projetos da área, impulsionar a evolução dos produtos antifraude e assegurar a sinergia entre todas as áreas envolvidas — de forma estruturada, colaborativa e com mentalidade de inovação.
O(a) profissional será responsável por liderar a agenda de iniciativas cross-functionais, com atuação direta sobre estratégias de mitigação de risco, aumento da eficiência operacional, e entrega de soluções de valor para o negócio, em alinhamento com os times de Prevenção, Tecnologia, Produto, ProdOps, Compliance e demais stakeholders.
Responsabilidade e atribuições:
- Liderar a governança dos projetos estratégicos da vertical de Prevenção a Fraudes PJ Adquirência, garantindo clareza de escopo, prazos, entregáveis e alinhamento entre os envolvidos;
- Ser o ponto focal entre as áreas técnicas e de negócio (Fraude, Produto, Tecnologia, Jurídico, Comercial, Operações, etc.), promovendo fluidez na comunicação e desdobramento eficaz das decisões;
- Atuar na estruturação e evolução da documentação técnica e funcional (mapeamento de jornadas, regras de risco, integrações, requisitos regulatórios, workflows, etc.);
- Conduzir a gestão de backlog e priorização de iniciativas junto aos times responsáveis, alinhando necessidades de negócio com capacidade técnica;
- Realizar benchmarks e análise de mercado sobre tendências de fraude, soluções de adquirência, uso de tecnologia e modelos de governança aplicáveis;
- Estimular a cultura de inovação, melhoria contínua e antecipação de riscos, propondo soluções que aumentem a robustez do ecossistema e a confiabilidade dos produtos PJ;
- Contribuir na preparação de materiais executivos (dashboards, apresentações para fóruns estratégicos, relatórios para reguladores e áreas parceiras).
Requisitos e qualificações:
- Experiência anterior em gestão de projetos ou produtos, preferencialmente em áreas de risco, prevenção a fraudes, adquirência ou serviços financeiros;
- Capacidade comprovada de atuar de forma multidisciplinar e colaborativa com áreas técnicas e de negócio;
- Habilidade em organização, gestão de prazos, priorização e desdobramento de iniciativas em ambientes dinâmicos;
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de projeto (ex: Jira, Confluence, Notion, Trello, Power BI, etc.) e familiaridade com frameworks ágeis e governança de backlog;

As Project Manager, you will ensure business-focused, efficient, and successful delivery of this strategic product, driving adoption across the organization and enabling engineering teams to maximize value from the product. You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, coordinate stakeholders, and help prioritize and deliver features that enhance developer experience and increase active usage.
What you will do:
- Manage assigned projects end to end to deliver the right product, on time and on budget, with expected quality and following established project management framework.
- Develop and maintain clear, actionable project plans, aligning business needs with engineering delivery.
- Monitor and control project deliverables. Make recommendations and adjustments to the overall project plan to achieve deliverables.
- Identify risks and interdependencies early, implementing mitigation strategies to reduce delivery impact.
- Work closely with engineering leaders, product owners, and developer representatives to ensure portal features address real developer needs.
- Demonstrate excellent Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency.
- Remove roadblocks, optimize team flow, and promote continuous improvement across the project.
- Drive flow optimization and overall continuous improvement in project.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification (or actively working toward one).
- Experience in product or platform development, preferably in telecom, SaaS, or high-technology environments.
- Proven track record as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies, with hands-on experience in cloud-native product development.
- Experience with CI/CD-driven projects and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to balance strategic vision ("big picture") with pragmatic focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and proactive, with a positive, problem-solving mindset
- Be an excellent communicator with great stakeholder management skills
