Regional Technical Service Manager, Poultry (LATAM & Africa)

The Regional Technical Service Manager (TSM) focuses on Latin America & Africa and will operate within the marketing department. The Regional TSM is responsible for the marketing, technical and scientific support of the regional marketing and sales teams regarding our global poultry vaccine platforms. As part of a global team you contribute to strategically drive and support Kemin’s vaccine business across the globe by leveraging and scaling the local Kemin expertise and insights on a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading our poultry vaccine platforms in the LATAM and Africa regions.
  • Drive the strategic marketing and technical support for our poultry vaccine platforms.
  • Analyze market developments and shares in LATAM and Africa and provide a strategy to maintain or reach the Top 10 players for the key market segments in which we participate.
  • Develop robust regional technical and marketing plans.
  • Design and implement the “Go to Market” strategy at a regional level for LATAM and Africa.
  • Oversee Brand life cycles from a strategic planning perspective and work on “Renovation” or “Innovation” to extend the product life cycle, including the planning of field studies to support these efforts within the regions and product launching activities.
  • Actively work on publications and publication strategies relevant to the regions.
  • Involve key thought and market leaders from LATAM and Africa to support the positioning of our platforms and transfer these insights to our teams.
  • Translate relevant regional field issues and customer challenges in poultry health into solutions to support our local sales, technical, and marketing teams and ultimately our customers.
  • Participate in and attend local and regional exhibitions, seminars, trainings, and workshops within LATAM and Africa.
  • Support R&D and Regulatory Affairs teams where needed, by collecting technical information and trial results from the regions.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Veterinary Medicine, ideally with a specialization in poultry health.
  • Field experience managing the health status of poultry, preferably with experience in the LATAM and/or Africa markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an understanding of customer needs in diverse cultural contexts.
  • Excellent writing skills (English) and the ability to provide adequate synthesis.
  • A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution, and a sense of urgency.
  • Experience working effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is highly desirable to effectively cover the LATAM and Africa regions.
  • A track record in regional technical or marketing management.
  • Experience in a technical/commercial business in animal health with a focus on poultry.
Working Conditions
  • You will be home office based or based at one of our regional headquarters and will travel across the globe (50% of your time annually).

About The Role

We are expanding our online PDF editing product into a highly localized forms-based solution, starting with tax, legal, and administrative forms like W-9 and scaling globally. We’re looking for a Business Development Analyst who will drive the research, selection, preparation, and launch of high-demand forms across multiple countries. This is a highly operational, research-driven role that requires a mix of analytical thinking, strong ownership, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to identify forms with the highest market demand, prepare them for integration, and help us scale our offering country by country. If you’re resourceful, extremely detail-oriented, and excited about helping build a global product at speed — this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify high-demand forms and templates (tax, legal, administrative, business, etc.), country by country.
  • Analyze search trends, competitor offerings, and market data to prioritize forms by demand potential.
  • Source, download, and prepare forms for use (incl. conversion into fillable PDF format using Acrobat or similar tools).
  • Upload prepared forms into CMS or coordinate with the product team for technical integration.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to optimize rollout plans and prioritize backlog.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized form library with proper metadata, categories, and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, research, business operations, or product ops.
  • Strong research and analytical skills — ability to collect and synthesize market data quickly.
  • Hands-on experience with PDF tools (e.g., Acrobat) to prepare fillable forms.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills — ability to manage large content libraries.
  • Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, and Growth.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and self-directed — able to independently drive projects forward.
Nice to have
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, document management, or legal/tax content.
  • Experience managing content in CMS or product data platforms.
  • Familiarity with international markets and local regulatory environments.
