In this role, you will oversee daily operations, provide strategic leadership, and drive initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong people management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Technical leadership: Lead complex and multi-disciplinary projects, help the team with problem solving by offering suggestions, technical guidelines and feedback, ensure quality, performance and security.
- Deliver results and challenge the team: actively work in technical discussions, architecture and other decisions, focused on Development routines.
- Project Management: ensure valuable deliveries, adhere to timelines, conduct ceremonies, monitor project metrics, remove blocks, manage risks, report project status, collect and apply lessons learned, propose changes to the existing software development process to achieve better results.
- People Management: conduct evaluations, IDP, provide feedback, hold 1:1 meetings, ensure processes are followed, improve productivity, develop technical and soft skills, motivate the team, provide career guidance, handle hiring and dismissal processes, and focus on talent retention.
- Relationship Management: manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (both technical and business), take accountability for delivering software solutions, ensure development team commitment, and suggest process improvements.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Software Development.
- Leadership experience in software development projects.
- Proven track record in delivering software projects, managing, building, and staffing development teams.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and work with cross-functional teams to meet delivery goals.
- Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies.
- Hands-on profile, actively involved in technical and architectural discussions.
