The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key customers in the private Hollister products market across the country. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, identifying business opportunities, negotiations and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Key Account Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activities and work closely with internal teams to align customer needs with the company’s solutions.
Relationship Management- Establish, maintain and grow business relationships with private customers, big healthcare groups/hospital chains to understand and meet customers’ needs, preferences and business goals, consistent with the Company’s mission
- Develop and sustain relationships within all levels and departments within private customers healthcare groups and hospital chains.
- Utilize strategic selling skills to improve market share, sales and gross profit for portfolio assignment.
- Develop thorough business plans by utilizing company strategic planning process. The planning will organize customer level sales strategies and implement tactics designed to drive sales growth.
- Conduct business reviews routinely to communicate performance.
- Manage an effective contracting process.
- Monitor performance and effectiveness of sales programs. Recommend and/or implement changes as necessary.
- Establish pricing and product positioning strategies to meet customer needs.
- Facilitate customer support initiatives and lead conflict resolution, when needed.
- Identify new ways to sell products and meet customer needs.
- Demonstrate self-initiative by creating customer focused programs in conjunction with marketing that meet specific needs.
- Establishes a strong internal network with departments to support positions including finance, marketing, field sales, customer service, logistics, clinical education, legal and administration
- Present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Develop and implement strategies that align customers and company’s objectives
- Make market trend analysis to take data driven decisions
- Identify issues, analyze problems and develop effective solutions in a proactive way, addressing potential challenges before they escalate

- Providenciar a comunicação com o coordenador sobre o parceiro apto a venda, após a conclusão do cadastro e a liberação de acesso.
- Apresentar ao gestor, sugestão de melhoria no atendimento ao parceiro.
- Orientar e prestar suporte ao parceiro para a criação de sub logins.
- Providenciar a abertura de chamado para a alteração de dados contratuais / cadastrais, conforme a solicitação do parceiro e a comprovação da efetiva mudança na documentação do mesmo.
- Promover a gestão de material de marketing on/offline, conforme alinhado com o gestor imediato.
- Abertura de chamados de ordem em geral.
- Desenvolve, também, qualquer outra atribuição de complexidade equivalente inerente aos processos de sua Unidade Organizacional.

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Representative to lead our growth strategy in Brazil. Based in São Paulo, this role will focus on promoting our corporate, fiduciary, and estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, legal and financial advisors, and wealth management firms.
The Representative will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships, conducting inside sales, and coordinating with our international corporate services teams to drive growth. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Strong knowledge of offshore company structures, trusts, foundations, and estate planning solutions.
- Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and relationship management.

Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong accounting background to join Harneys Fiduciary in São Paulo. This strategic, client-facing role focuses on developing the Accounting practice for Brazilian clients while collaborating with the Head of Accounting in Cyprus and the Director of the Brazil office. Fluency or advanced English and solid knowledge of BR GAAP and local Brazilian accounting matters are required. You will service existing Brazilian clients while bringing new ideas, developing projects, and driving revenue growth in the Accounting practice.
Responsibilities- Client Development & Growth: Manage and grow relationships with existing Brazilian clients, ensuring top-quality accounting services. Identify new opportunities to expand services and increase revenue in the Accounting practice. Present new ideas and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Technical & Regulatory Expertise: Provide expertise in BR GAAP and local Brazilian accounting requirements. Liaise with Cyprus Accounting team and other Harneys Fiduciary jurisdictions to deliver multi-jurisdictional solutions. Ensure services are delivered in line with compliance and risk management standards.
- Business Development & Strategy: Work with the Brazil Director and Cyprus Head of Accounting to design and implement growth strategies. Contribute to the development of new products and service offerings for the Brazilian market. Represent Harneys Fiduciary in meetings with clients, prospects, and at relevant industry events.
- Client Onboarding & Service Delivery: Oversee client onboarding for accounting services, ensuring KYC and compliance requirements are met. Guarantee smooth, timely, and high-quality service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory).
- Relevant professional experience with BR GAAP and Brazilian accounting requirements.
- Previous exposure to international or cross-border structures is a plus.
- Fluency or advanced in English (written and spoken); Portuguese native.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and compliance processes.
- Understanding of client relationship management and business development.
