The Technical Service Engineer will be the primary point of contact for customers with technical issues related to energy storage systems. In addition to technical support, the Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for training customers and internal stakeholders on the installation, operation, and maintenance of energy storage systems. This will involve developing training materials, user guides, and FAQs, as well as delivering training sessions to customers and partners.
The Technical Service Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting or product modifications. They will follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Technical service roles related to energy storage or renewable energy
- Effective communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer focus, technical expertise, and the ability to adapt to change
