We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to be responsible for inspecting products, to ensure they meet specifications through visual, dimensional, functional, and physical testing. They accurately complete documentation, verify packaging for shipments, and perform data entry. The role supports quality assurance activities by gathering data, assisting with root cause analysis, and participating in continuous improvement efforts. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary

Role DescriptionThe Quality Control Team play a critical role in maintaining data quality across the business. Data is at the core of our operations, and it is essential that this data is of a high standard at all times. The QC Analyst will work as part of the Commercial Team to drive data accuracy across the region, as well as being a part of the Global QC Team, sharing best practices, improvement initiatives and maintaining consistency across all regions. Attention to detail is paramount and strong communication skills are essential as there will be significant collaboration with other departments, in particular with the Recruitment and Service Teams.
Principle Accountabilities:- Review Bullhorn records within the agreed timeframes and issue approval or query notes as appropriate. This may include Contract Placements, Change Requests, Perm/Direct Hire placements, GEM Placements, Client Records, Opportunity Records and Requirement Records.
- Work with the relevant parties to ensure that any errors are corrected in a timely manner.
- Produce reporting and analysis to provide key stakeholders with an accurate and up to date view of data accuracy across the region.
- Hold regular QC review meetings with relevant departments to discuss any issues and identify key areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other QC Coordinators, both regionally and globally, to share best practices and drive process improvement, in particular to deal with interregional placements efficiently.
- Take a proactive approach to data clean-up e.g., updating fields in Bullhorn when a staff member leaves
- Support the QA/PIs with QC related process improvement projects
- Special adhoc projects, as directed by the Commercial Operations Manager
- Liaise closely with Payroll & Billing to ensure contract compliance relating to payroll and invoicing
- Work closely with Sales Team to ensure quality and contract compliance
- Ensure that Bullhorn and any relevant trackers are updated accordingly
- Fluent English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Position OverviewWe are seeking a meticulous and skilled QC Tech to join our dynamic Quality team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and expertise in Quality Control. You will ensure that all processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities- Perform laboratory tests using approved methods and accurately record results in the SAP system
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), GMP, and safety protocols
- Manage daily lab operations and assist in training new technicians
- Maintain and update customer order requirements, including chemical analysis, product approvals, COAs, and specifications
- Track and analyze incoming and outgoing products, maintaining accurate records and databases
- Maintain product retains and ensure proper documentation
- Calibrate lab and plant equipment as needed
- Support internal audits of the quality assurance and food safety systems
- Manage lab inventory and order supplies when necessary
- Maintain product documentation, including MSDS, TDS, and kosher certifications
- Analyze test data to determine product acceptability
- Make decisions regarding the disposition of finished and incoming materials
- Assist in approving packaging and labeling for production use
- Promote food safety and quality across the site, providing guidance to minimize risks and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with Production to investigate and resolve quality issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by the QA/QC Supervisor
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred
- 1–3 years of laboratory experience in food science or chemistry preferred
- Familiarity with Flavors, Coffee and sensory evaluation
- Understanding of quality assurance programs and food safety principles
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn Kerry-specific software
- Strong numerical skills, including percentage calculations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Logical thinking and deductive reasoning skills
