About the role:

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with a strong background in designing web-based applications to join an innovative and dynamic team within the entertainment industry.

This is a full-time opportunity to collaborate with product and engineering teams to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI roles with a solid portfolio showcasing your work in web-based applications.
• Proven ability to design intuitive user interfaces and user-centric experiences.
• Experience collaborating withincross-functional teams and iterating designs based on stakeholder feedback.
• Proficiency with design tools such asFigma and documentation platforms likeFrontify .
• Familiarity withinternal tool platforms such asRetool is a plus.
• Excellentcommunication skills in English – both verbal and written.

Principais desafios e responsabilidades:

• Trabalhar para melhorar continuamente a experiência do usuário nos produtos digitais da Reserva , identificando pontos de melhoria e propondo soluções inovadoras.
• Garantir a melhor navegação e experiência de compra no site e aplicativo da marca, desde a pesquisa do produto até o checkout.
• Participar ativamente de reuniões com stakeholders (equipes de produto, marketing, vendas, etc.) para estar sempre alinhado com as necessidades do negócio e direcionais da empresa.
• Validar entregas do time de desenvolvedores da equipe de tecnologia, assegurando que o design proposto seja implementado com fidelidade e funcionalidade.
• Estar sempre alinhado com o direcional estratégico da empresa , traduzindo os objetivos de negócio em soluções de design intuitivas e eficazes.
• Desenvolver fluxos de usuário, wireframes, protótipos e interfaces de alta fidelidade para novas funcionalidades e otimizações.
• Realizar testes de usabilidade, coletar feedback e iterar designs com base em dados e insights.
