Position Summary.

What you'll do.

Launch your services in Walmart stores!

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Walmart stores, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being.

As an independent lease holder, you have the autonomy to:

  • Establish your days of practice
  • Establish your hours of operation
  • Control your patient schedule
  • Set your fee schedule
  • Keep 100% of exam/professional fees

For a fair market value, you can opt into:

  • Equipment/instrumentation
  • Administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)

Minimum Qualifications for a lease agreement:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
    • Valid state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
    • Valid state ophthalmology license
    • General Liability Certificate
    • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
    • W-9

    Responsibilities

    • Taking care of assigned content related scope for the client
    • Supervising optimization of online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' website, category recommendations
    • Overseeing content production - translations, proofreading, checking if the content is correct and in line with the requirements of the particular eRetailer (both graphics and text) as well as properly optimized (SEO recommendations)
    • Managing a small team of digital merchandisers, allocation of tasks
    • Leading client meetings and supporting team in client discussions and status reporting
    • Building long-term relationships with clients by extensive analysis and understanding of their business needs, improving continuously the overall client experience
    • Being up to date with eCommerce trends
    • Completing strategy for the client, presenting creative, innovative ideas, and discovering new client needs
    • Identifying risks and suggesting solutions
    • Tracking the team's performance and progress towards goals, providing feedback and performance review
    • Inspiring and motivating team members
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

    Our Requirements

    • Passionate Leader with at least 1 year of team management experience
    • Experienced in working with clients and ability to build long-term relationships with them
    • Consultancy/Advising experience to help the clients achieve their goals and KPI's
    • Experience with PIM/DAM systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication.
    • Proven track record in optimizing product listings and driving visibility through SEO strategies.
    • Proven experience in eCommerce, specifically in e-retailers, including Amazon, Kroger and Walmart
    • Goodunderstanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
    • eCommerceexperience in FMCG
    • Goodanalytical and project management skills
    • Teamplayer with excellent communication skills
    • Knowledge of SEOpractices for eRetailers
    • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
    • Attention to detail
    • Assertiveness and courage in presentingideas
    • Fluency in English ( at least C1)
    • Attention to detail and quality control skills

    Compensation: 60-day training hourly rate upon hire = $20.00 to $0.00. Following the training period, this position pays an hourly rate of 16.50 - 16.50. This position is eligible to earn weekly, and monthly incentives based upon sales. Incentive amounts range from 2% to 15% and differ based on product types.

    Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.

    Retail Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer shopping experience by greeting our guests and keeping our stores in-stock, clean and organized.     Travel: 5%. May be asked to work in other nearby stores occasionally.

    Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and grip and work in cooler (cold temperatures). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

    The Retail Sales Associate assists Ollie's customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of customer service, running registers, merchandising, and store maintenance.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long term customer loyalty.
    • Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions.
    • Be an Ollie's store and inventory expert, know our weekly deals and the incredible value we provide our customers.
    • Assist with freight logistics and learn how great retailers merchandise their products.

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Happy to train new Associates who may not have 6 months of prior retail experience
    • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
    • A positive attitude and team player who wants to delight and serve customers

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.

    As a Sales Associate, you’re the face of the brand. You’ll welcome customers like guests at a party, help them find their favorite team gear, and turn casual shoppers into lifelong fans. From merchandising and product knowledge to ringing up sales and keeping the store looking sharp, you’ll play a key role in making the store game day ready.

    You’ll also support daily operations, opening and closing tasks, and anything else needed to help your team win. With a great attitude and a passion for customer service, you’ll help create the Rally House vibe fans come back for again and again.

    Responsibilities

    Communication: Communicates effectively with Guest, Members of Management, and Store Associates

    Merchandising: Uphold company standards for merchandising presentation

    Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest

    Customer Service: Ensure that the guest remains the top priority

    Accuracy: Comfort and accuracy with cash handling/ ringing

    Skills And Knowledge

    Ability to work under moderate supervision, Able to communicate with others in a clear and confident manner, Detail oriented, Enthusiastic attitude, Functional skills required to make basic use of digital devices and online applications, Growth mindset, Outgoing

    Qualifications

    Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
