+ Research Planning & Strategy : Develop research plans aligned with the Discover phase of projects. Identify key questions to understand partner and consumer behaviors, pain points, and expectations. Select and implement appropriate research methodologies, such as interviews, surveys, ethnographic studies, and usability testing.

+ Insight Synthesis & Reporting: Translate research findings into actionable insights for the UX Strategist and design team. Contribute to service blueprints and experience maps using evidence-based recommendations.
+ 5 Years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio showcasing qualitative and quantitative research work.
+ Is a MUST Fluent in English and Portuguese with excellent communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
+ 5 years of expertise in research planning, user interviews, surveys, usability testing, ethnography, and persona development.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
+ Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for design and business stakeholders.

As a UX Designer for John Deere Financial located in **Indaiatuba -** SP, you will support projects of moderate and high complexity through the development of User Interaction task flows, wireframes, prototypes through to final production for new and existing products. This role centers on optimizing customer, dealer, and internal user interfaces for better usability and efficiency. Additional role responsibilities:
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Design, schedule, build, and deliver new and enhanced, moderately complex portals and websites to achieve the agreed plan in terms of quality, cost, and timing, and create an engaging website;
+ Develop website maps, application models, and image or page templates to meet user needs, industry standards, and/or project goals;
+ Support digital channel management by analyzing best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A/B testing, feedback from cross-functional partners, and site feature/functionality enhancement;
+ Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design;
+ Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including customer experience testing;
+ Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them;
+ Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently;
+ Contribute to the understanding of user segments, trends, needs, and expectations by reporting and providing feedback on client interactions.
**Skills You Need**
+ Experience in UX/UI design, including designing for mobile applications and complex interfaces, with a focus on user-centric solutions;
+ Proficiency with design and rapid-prototyping in Figma;
+ Experience in holistic design thinking, applying strategic thinking and business goals to design work, focus on usability, and understand aesthetic values;
+ Experience transitioning easily between multiple topics and aesthetics;
+ Experience incorporating branding and common design system components and guidelines into product experiences;
+ Effective communication and presentation skillsAbility to translate customer needs into design and effectively articulate that design to technical team members;
+ Advanced English: broad vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, argues, negotiates and provides training.

About the Role
Help us understand our users better and shape the future of our product through research and insights. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and be part of projects that dive deep into user needs, behaviors, and market dynamics.
Job Responsabilities
- Lead and conduct interviews with users (field visits and remote sessions)
- Organize and plan research studies: guides, participant recruitment, scheduling
- Improve and refine research methods and tools (questionnaires, sampling, etc.)
- Perform industry and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions
- Analyze and synthesize findings into reports and presentations
- Collaborate with global teams and share insights across the organization
- Assist with other research-related tasks as needed
Job Requirements
