It is part of MSC Group, global leader in maritime transport and third-largest player in the cruise industry, with operations in 150 countries and over 150.000 employees worldwide.In alignment with our ambitious international expansion, we are actively seeking experienced Business Travel Consultants to play a key role in contributing to its success, in Santos, Brazil. THE ROLEAs a Business Travel Consultant at Cisalpina Tours, you will support our corporate clients by managing travel arrangements efficiently, accurately, and with care.Your daily responsibilities will include:Searching and comparing travel options (flights, hotels, transfers, insurance, and more), ensuring the best rates and conditions.Issuing, reissuing, and cancelling airline tickets via GDS, airline portals, OBTs, and other tools.Booking hotel accommodations through operators, booking systems, or email.Managing car rentals and other ground transportation, both online and offline.Confirming bookings, issuing vouchers, and organizing travel documentation.Assisting clients with changes, cancellations, and other travel disruptions.Offering timely, effective solutions to ensure smooth travel experiences.Ensuring compliance with client-specific travel policies.Preparing sales and performance reports and entering data into the back office system for Finance. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOUWe’re seeking professionals who bring both experience and enthusiasm to the table.The ideal candidate will have:Hands-on experience with at least one GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.Good command of spoken and written English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.Strong knowledge of destinations, travel products, and airline networks.Excellent organizational and communication skills.A proactive approach, a passion for travel, and a genuine focus on client service.
