What will you do

As a Performance Specialist, your role is centered on driving lead generation and revenue through expert management of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and related). You'll focus on meticulously crafting and optimizing campaigns across various channels, utilizing advanced targeting and data-driven strategies to enhance lead acquisition and conversion rates. Your expertise in A/B testing, ROI analysis, and budget management will be crucial in continually refining campaigns for maximum efficiency and profitability, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth.


Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and analyze comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (Earned, Paid, and Owned), including Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, Paid Influencers, Content Promotion, Display Ads, and related.
  • Plan, create, and optimize high-converting digital ad campaigns that align with business goals, utilizing A/B testing and data analysis to enhance conversion rate continuously.
  • Employ advanced targeting techniques to reach specific audience segments, leveraging customer data, demographics, and behavioral insights to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, monitor spending, and allocate resources to campaigns that deliver the best returns, ensuring ROI goals are met and exceeded.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in Demand Generation or Performance Marketing within high-ticket B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of driving revenue and achieving pipeline goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful campaigns that deliver quantifiable results.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote) candidate that reside in Brazil to join the fast-moving global team at High Tide Inc. , one of the largest cannabis and accessories companies in the world. Our brand portfolio includes Smoke Cartel , Grasscity , Daily High Club , Canna Cabana , and others — with e-commerce sites operating across North America and Europe.

This is a high-impact role that blends strategic coordination with hands-on marketing execution. You’ll take the lead in keeping projects on track — ensuring homepage banners, paid ad campaigns, web updates, and loyalty promos are executed seamlessly and on schedule. From leading competitive website research and identifying must-have features from a marketing perspective, to driving loyalty initiatives forward, you’ll be at the center of campaign execution and digital marketing strategy.

If you’re organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — with experience managing timelines, managing paid ad performance, and collaborating cross-functionally — this role will give you the scope to shine and grow within a dynamic team.

Important: While this role is open to applicants across any location in Brazil, High Tide brands do not operate or market in Brazil. This role will support our global markets in North America and Europe.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing campaigns from brief to execution
  • Manage homepage banners and ensure on-site promotions are reflected accurately and on time
  • Work with the design team to proof and QA Figma files before web development hand-off
  • Submit and follow up on web development tickets, audit site changes post-launch
  • Paid ads management : provide creative briefs, upload creatives, monitor campaign performance
  • Project manage large-scale website initiatives : lead marketing-side research and oversee internal coordination with design, compliance, and development
  • Coordinate and manage surveys, giveaways, and loyalty coupon rollouts
  • Drive innovation with our Cabana Club and ELITE loyalty programs : audit performance, benchmark competitors, and assist in campaign planning, propose new strategies
  • Collaborate with the Email Marketing team on loyalty flows, segmentation ideas, and re-engagement strategy

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in D2C or e-commerce
  • Strong project management skills and cross-functional coordination experience
  • Comfortable managing paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing with support from channel specialists
  • Familiarity with web QA, Figma reviews, and working with development teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong written English and task ownership
  • Able to handle fast turnarounds, shifting priorities, and multiple brand voices

As a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll bring sharp strategy, organizational excellence, and creative instinct to every project. You’ll be the glue connecting design, video, and messaging, turning ideas into structured campaigns that perform across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and email.

In this role, you’ll build a structured, scalable marketing engine that expands reach and drives inbound interest, creating high-impact content that lives across social, email, and the web. You’ll develop reporting frameworks that give the creative team the insights to continuously improve, and you’ll help define a consistent, modern voice for one of the fastest-growing agencies in the world.

This is a fully remote role operating in the EST time zone, open to candidates in Portugal and Brazil.

What You’ll Do

Strategy, Planning & Execution

  • Own the content calendar: Plan, manage, and execute the content pipeline across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and email using Notion.
  • Coordinate across teams: Work closely with the Design Lead and Video Lead to align on timelines, asset creation, and creative strategy.
  • Deploy consistently: Schedule and publish all organic social posts and newsletters. Ensure content is on-message and on time.
  • Stay agile: Adapt to shifting priorities and post needs without dropping quality or speed.
  • Coordinate the email pipeline: Plan email newsletters.
  • Drive Darkroom’s email strategy: Support strategic initiatives for Darkroom’s email marketing campaigns in partnership with the Design Lead and Video Lead

Social Media Management

  • Hands-on ownership of Darkroom’s organic presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Write copy: Post captions, headlines and descriptions that match platform-specific tone and brand voice.
  • Community engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs. Actively engage with customers, creators, and collaborators.

Paid Media

  • Have an understanding of paid social and ad copywriting
  • You will work and PM our paid media specialist on Darkroom’s paid ads

SEO, Reporting, Analytics & Performance

  • Work with our SEO specialist to track everything: Monitor performance across all owned platforms and campaigns (social, email, website).
  • SEO + UX insights: Use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
  • Report intelligently: Provide actionable insights, trends, and growth metrics that influence creative direction.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content, email, and social.
  • Are highly organized, autonomous, and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Write with precision and tone, and know how to adapt voice across channels.
  • Know what content performs, and why.
  • Have strong project management instincts and can juggle timelines, tasks and tools.
  • Understand digital performance: you’ve worked with analytics tools, know your way around email metrics and think SEO.
  • Communicate clearly and can collaborate with designers and video editors.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience working inside an agency.
  • Have managed newsletter content and owned media channels
  • Are fluent in Notion, Figma, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, GT Metrix
  • Have worked on brand-led social content
